From the outset my experience with Aspire was perfect I was in the market for an engagement ring I do not live local to Birmingham anymore but began my shopping experience with their website for research and convenience I decided that I would like to visit the store and would like some guidance from the experts having picked out the key things I would like when purchasing an engagement ring Having phoned the store I spoke and with Jasmine and then liaised with her throughout I told her what I would like she was extremely attentive and offered advice and promised to return to me with some examples She duly did this sending emails with attachments having been made aware that it wasn t entirely possible for me to visit the store I was in a position where I couldn t always communicate openly given the surprise nature of the engagement I had planned Jasmine was very discrete with communication and at no stage was I chased harassed or pressure to visit the store or to commit to a sale over the phone This gave me further confidence in arranging my visit to the store When I managed to attend Jasmine and all of the staff in store were extremely friendly and offered a very relaxed approach it was more of a showcase selling experience where the jewellery did the talking No overselling no pressure and plenty of time to go through lots of different options and presentations Having spent a couple of hours picking the right ring and diamond combination a sale was agreed with an amazing price The whole team couldn t have been more helpful due to the time of day I visited the ring would not be ready on that day I had to have the ring before the due date she was about to begin her maternity leave and I could not confidently think of reason where I would be to get back over to Birmingham over 2 hours away from my home in the meantime Plus if something happened it s a long way to be away This was not an issue though it was sent insured by Royal Mail special delivery at no extra cost to me and I could track it on the whole journey The attention to detail throughout was just superb the advice was just that at no stage was it forceful or overly opinionated Thankfully she said yes and I am returning to store to have the ring resized complementary so the service doesn t just stop post point of sale I am looking forward to introducing my other half now fianc e and baby to Jasmine as she was so helpful and reassuring in a huge defining moment in our relationship I will always recommend Aspire Diamonds to anyone wanting to look for and purchase jewellery of a wide variety I literally could not give any constructive criticism as I can t even think of an occasion where it would be justified I m looking forward to using Aspire Diamonds when it comes to buying our wedding bands and future jewellery Thank you so much

Laura G deserves a medal

In a world where people are so quick to shout about the things they are upset about not enough recognition goes to the people who are putting in the effort and making our lives better I want to make it known that Laura G I understand there are 3 Lauras far exceeded my expectation when I visited your sister store Diamond Quarter last week and it was an absolute pleasure to meet her I bought an engagement ring 3 months earlier from somewhere else and have had nothing but problems It got to the point where everything associated that the ring I had bought was negative and it didn t signify the love and dedication I was trying to portray with this gift to my fiance enter Laura G I arrived still angry at myself and everything that had happened with my original purchase I wasn t sure how we could turn this around and give my fiance Melissa the ring she deserved Laura was was amazing She listened and understood my position Even while I was being negative about the situation and showed her the offending original ring she stayed positive and slowly got me starting to enjoy the process of replacing the old ring Melissa was getting more an more excited with all the information Laura provided that s when Sushannah saw what what happening and started sharing in the joy Laura and Sushannah helped Melissa to understand how to buy a diamond ring I kind of knew having done it already 3 months earlier In turn I was becoming happier by the minute as I saw the joy that she was creating in assuring us she would be able to fix our issue After spending time with Laura in the store she had us relaxed happy excited and I was now even enjoying the process That s a big achievement when you consider the fact I was there to buy a second engagement ring When she put all the pieces together for us and showed Melissa what she had found to suit our needs Melissa cried literal tears of joy I almost invited them both to the wedding there and then Melissa even felt she couldn t leave without giving Laura a hug for all she had done for us I left with my wallet a lot lighter and I couldn t have been happier about it Laura G is an outstanding employee and deserves great recognition for all she did for us that day We will never forget her My only regret is that Laura won t be able to see Melissa s face when it s delivered Living in London we had to take the delivery option So I thank Laura and Sushannah again for everything they did for me and Melissa that day I have never received such great service If you have an employee of the year award then just for Laura s actions on that day it should be hers I could go on but I think I ve covered the important parts the bottom line is Laura G will definitely be getting my return custom when we come back to buy our wedding bands
