Great service and support

I actually opened Trustpilot to write a very angry review about audible In October 2018 I opened an account on Audible com with my amazon credentials little did I know that one have to be careful between the different regions marketplaces or else they will charged you double Summasumarum I have without my knowledge gotten a membership to Audible UK and Audible US in my Amazon co uk account I saw the charge and I figured it was for my membership In December I closed down my membership didn t use it and my husband had gotten his own membership And we decided one was enough for the family Today I noticed that I have been charged again I checked on Audible com where it looked like my membership was canceled in December but on Amazon co uk the membership looked active so I instantly canceled that too and contacted the support which wrote me back to contact the UK department after a long chat with the UK department the agree to refund me the full amount for the UK membership but also tell me to be careful between the different amazon marketplaces When I m finished with the chat I see there is an email from audible US apologizing for the inconvenience and they have decided to refund me 7 months of the membership It s obviously nice to get the refunds but it s even nicer to speak write with people who treat you like a person and not just a number All the support I received from Audible today was really great and fast within ours from my first mail When that said I do suggest that you make it more clear what marketplace people are using But thank you for awesome support guys truly appriciate it

Different experience than what I have read from others

I did a free trial for audible back in June and then of course promptly forgot all about it I was charged once a month for 3 months I did not notice the charges right away because they went through amazon and used my credit card that I had linked to my prime account Once I noticed these fees I called audible about it they explained why I was being charged and helped me to cancel my account At the end of the call as a shot in the dark i asked it wouldn t be possible for me to get that money back would it Since i never even logged in and the representative i was talking to was basically like Yea no problem After a brief hold i was told money would go back to my account and they sent me a confirmation email I was blown away seeing as I had very low expectations and was expecting that money to be gone for good considering it was my fault to not cancel Very pleased with my personal experience
