I ve had my scooter now for 3 years as my contract said Now when I ve paid the last bill and said I wanted to keep it they are forcing me to return the scooter even if I paid the amount to keep it Explain please

Great service low range

The Customer Service is super great I gave then 2 stars because of the range I m not able to go more than 9KM per trip battery is a disaster I m 95kg I m paying as a Super LR but I got the shorty one

I think the battery charge does not run as it s promised and needs to improve I am sure you may recommend to new battery overall performance is ok

I have the scooter 1 year ago

I have the scooter 1 year ago This is already number 6 of all the repairs and changes 1 engine crash for no reason and one crash of the application for no reason During the first 3 months an acceptable service Without coinciding that the first scooter brought a broken accelerator I have the most expensive plan and really in these last 3 months the attention is slow they do not make the replacement and they do not financially compensate the damage of the days lost

The scooters are ok but

The scooters are ok the app works great they promise that if something gets broken they replace it fast Few month ago I report that the battery charger was overheating and not charging well they suppose to send me one but never came exactly the last 2 month before winter arrives I think was my mistake to not tell them time ago that I didn t get it but didn t like the answer that they gave me at the end was my fault to get a bad battery charger and was my fault that I didn t receive the replacement

I don t really like the scooter

I don t really like the scooter it s only useful in summer unfortunately not in winter but it s good quality The subscription period is very long and expensive at the same time I find no difference between the small scooter and the big one In service it s not great it doesn t save so you have to repeat several times for problems you haven t taken into account The understanding service personnel is poor when is comes some cases Quality is your strong point but nothing more
