I do think the scooter is far more lightweight than others but this means it has barely any absorption when it comes to bumps and holes on the road I live in Rome covered largely in cobblestones and uneven cemented roads After nearly 5 months I have developed significant back pain and I m not sure I ll be able to continue using it if I want the ache to go away I have also noticed that the cumulative cost is much much higher than many other scooters on the market that would probably deal better with the roads here given bigger wheels and overall more solid structure All in all I deeply regret signing the subscription and committing to 24 months I am sure my back regrets it also The support team also takes long to respond and isn t very thorough but it might be a national thing since everything seems to be less efficient here in Italy

For me who is a taller guy thinks that first they do lack some information about max weight on their scooter and information regarding the width of the scooter If your feet are slightly bigger than the average humans then this might not be suited for you I have EU size 47 on my shoes which make them almost as wide as the board you stand on If you compare Augments scooter with the scooters that Voi bird or tier uses then i would say it s quite inferior It has no turn indicators the handle is quite narrow which won t provide you the same comfort The scooter might be perfect if you weight less than 80kg and are no taller than 170cm then it might be a good fit For everyone above that i would advice you to look elsewhere

I have been using Augment because I needed an alternative for a bike as I m taking public transport However it is not a safe scooter My first Augment scooter s brakes stopped working randomly and the tires needed replacement so I received a replacement scooter 3 months in and same problem with the brakes I risk my life every time I m on this thing Support doesn t speak Dutch only French they tried Dutch but the FAQ with the chatbot is all in French So yes the scooter is nice if you don t own a car and need to get somewhere fast but it s also not very safe And also the scooter is very heavy and not very stable It falls down if the train moves too much and and if it falls down on your leg you ll feel the pain and see bruises very fast because the foot area is Very heavy for some reason Other than that the support does reply fast and tries te best they can to help

it would be nice if augment would ask its customers if your electric scooter needs maintenance otherwise everything is fine even if the battery runs out a bit quickly

The order and delivery worked really well The scooter rides smoothly The support is also great so far I m giving it 5 stars BUT changing every tire is brutal because you can t completely remove the wheel and you either have to send the whole scooter in and replace it It would be better to deliver the scooter with tubeless tires instead of letting the customer change the tube themselves every few weeks From this point on it gets 10 stars

E-Scooter works fine Enough power but could handle overheating a little better The app is useless Needs manual unlocking trough phone every 10th time Also when not using the app for some days it logs off completely I don t want to enter my e-mail and password into an app when I m in a hurry and just want to use my e-scooter

Ok price and service

I have had the scooter for 2 days when writing this review about 25 km driven so far The only problem so far was that the front wheel tire had a low air pressure out of the box I actually pumped up both tires and that was it Augment Eco should probably getting into the business of also selling accessories here are some tips that I think at the right price will be hits Some kind of shopping bag assembly that can be installed and easily removed on the steering column Spare batteries Spare battery charger Carry bag for the whole scooter they exist for other brands and would be great to have when bringing the scooter with you in a nice and clean car Approved lock and steel wire cable to lock the scooter in a secure way Cell phone holder

my credit score is pretty bad yet augment eco helpt me get a scooter They really helpt me out and i love the scooter Support is awesome scooter is awesome respons time on facebook is quick even during weekends almost feels like 365 24 7 support which you only see on really really big companies like Ericsson AB server halls keep the good work up Augment
