When I searched yesterday afternoon

When I searched yesterday afternoon could find my car for 92 Euro As I did not book my flight ticket I had to wait with car rental When I checked in the evening could find the car for166 Euro however when I moved to payment it was increased to 176 Euro Today morning I called with Beatrice and therefor I am writing this feedback After my payment reservation I checked again for same car and found price of 163 Euro I made a screenshot of this but it looks like I cannot attach this Hope you can find a way to adjust and refund the access I have paid Thanks Erik

Misleading and none existence customer service

I ve provided more details about their misleading services on Trustpilot as they asked me to do so but I haven t heard anything back yet I m starting to believe that they are part of the problem merely pretending to want to help or support customers Avoid this company at all costs They lure you in with seemingly great deals but once you re dependent on them like in the case of Drivalia they ll change the contract and add hidden extras like breakdown cover They are not trustworthy and offer zero customer service

After making the payment for the vehicle reservation you send me a message saying you cannot confirm the reservation Now you expect me to explain the rating What rating would you give yourselves after sending such a message You pay for something and only then wait for confirmation of a service you might not even get

Bad Customer Experience in the Product and Service

As soon as we started driving the car on the highway the AC started smelling really bad but we had 2 toddlers who were very hungry and anxious due to the long flight we tried to manage till the evening Once we went back in the evening we requested to cancel the agreement and take the car back as I was not comfortable driving anymore but I was told that they can take the car ack but cannot refund anything as we booked though Auto Europe and not directly with GoldCar So I paid for 3 days and drove an extremely bad selling car for only 5 hrs with no help in processing a refund from the vendor

Additional payment of 300 to the car rental

I took out a rental car with full insurance which means that there is no inspection when handing over receiving the car file C EU Documente EURO21614659 AEDOC 7B88AE18DB-B455-43AC-AF16-FFAE6B2AD6E0 7D pdf type application pdf At the WHEEGO headquarters I was surprised to be forced to go through the handover receipt procedure as if I had not taken out full insurance To receive the benefits of full insurance I had to top up the payment by 300 I believe this was an unexpected and abusive procedure I will no longer recommend these services

Book with them only if you don t expect anything goes wrong with your reservation

When I went to pick up the car from Europcar in Italy they denied me because I didn t have an international driving license translation even though my US driving license is in English They told me AutoEurope may be able to move my voucher to another car rental that allows driving with US license AutoEurope customer service was unavailable via phone in the morning I gave up after waiting an hour I emailed the customer service and they just responded with a standard policy verbiage that they would not refund the reservation If I had booked directly with Europcar they would have at least refunded me

Where is that 20 30 11 discount It doesn t matter if you go before 30 11 to get 20 off or on this date It won t even be a discount The price is exactly the same Very unprofessional company

NOT as advertised no reply to my call or compliant

I booked a hire car online via Auto Europe advertised as AIRPORT PICK UP and DROP OFF Tenerife Sur They passed the booking to Turisprime After i had paid I received a voucher it was NOT an airport pick up and drop off at all We were told to wait at bus stop Blue 6 to get a bus The bus did not arrive after more than 30 mins and we telephoned the number given to us 4 times but NO answer We eventaully had to get a taxi to the pick up office before the office closed The chap there was not helpful When we were there we rang the number of the office again to check we had the correct number and his phone rang He said it was the first time that it had rung There was a bus at the office but the driver had all luggage doors open and was sweeping it out I have emailed Turisprime to ask for our taxi fare to be refunded I can produce a receipt for the fare and a call log but they have not replied at all I would NOT book with these again My daughter booked with auto reisen and they were great Airport pick up as advertised and free child seats Auto Europe replied to my complaint but the link they gave on this site offers no progress the form that i have to fill in just keeps circulating via contact us If Auto Europe genuinly do want to help then please send me a direct link NIL reply from turisprime

I would like to warn others for CARJOY Croatian Zadar

I would like to warn others I ordered a car to be waiting for me at Zadar airport on 22 october via autoeurope eu After my arrival no one showed up and the mobile number on the voucher was turned off The rental car company is called CARJOY just to warn others After waiting for an hour I had to take a taxi to the hotel and arrange some transportation myself the next day
