I purchased a tool from autotoolworld com which they sold for the best price including freight that wasn t available right away I had ordered a similar tool from another web company but cancelled My confusion was the emails from each had different names which confused me I also mistakenly filed the emails in an online purchase folder so when it came time to locate the original order conformation emails I didn t find them and I got upset I thought it was the wrong company They suggested I refuse delivery OK but I live in a very rural area and the drop-off is 1 8 mi away and I cannot hear nor see the delivery truck Anyway the package was delivered but the company autotoolworld com was willing to and did refund my money and let me do with it what I wanted I researched more the original order email and saw it was my fault for forgetting all about it I couldn t let them fall on their sword in this matter since most of it was my fault and error so I returned the refund to them autotoolworld com was willing to eat the price of the tool even though it wasn t their fault but they didn t know that at the time So few companies today practice the customer is always right I hated that line 44 years ago when I first heard it at 17 usually I get the company is always right and the customer is always wrong Thank goodness some sales people still have integrity in business I hate the line Business is business That s what dishonest sales people say Sales can be the greatest profession after doctors because you ask for their needs and honestly fulfill them
