Left Washington DC to North Carolina to put a deposit down when out of state paid rent deposit application fee and it was a scam im stranded pregnant no gas to get home no food and cold in my car and can t get money back oh and no family Don t use this site I cried because I m 4 months pregnant and stranded I pray I don t lose my child because I m at high risk the scammer even tried to get me to work with him saying he has other properties I can stay in this is not safe for no one

This site is a huge Scam The listing agent has taken all of our personal information and is now using us a listing agents I am telling you this Because no one should have to be used this way The website has taken over 600 00 Dollars from our accounts and as senior citizens we are now in a timeline to have to move with less money This website should be held responsible for this I am contacting local authorities and signing complaints Please Protect yourself and accounts

I am currently trying to find a place I applied to a few places that use avail Come to find out all of them are scams One went as far as giving me a date to meet up to exchange keys and funds 3200 I realized this quickly and looked up the property I found out it was purchased on 3 31 and got in contact with the realtor who was with the purchaser Turns out the location is occupied by the new owner

Plenty of websites ask for my routing number and check number to pay by bank Websites I trust like mortgage payments Avail ACTUALLY ASKED FOR MY BANK LOGIN AND PASSWORD NO FRICKIN WAY My option pay by credit card which levees a huge 3 5 fee Tack that onto to your rent That s 35 for every 1000 paid This app sucks don t put this horrible app onto your tenants

Beware very poor business practices

Beware - if you are a new user the way this site works is they initially post your listing on their site but they immediately label your listing as fraudulent in big red letters At that point they have no clue and no proof the listing in fraudulent at all and have not yet given any time to go through the verification process I get the need to verify but shouldn t an ethical business just not publish a listing until verification is complete rather than publishing to the world that the listing and lister is fraudulent Who in their right mind thinks this is the way to handle verification

Scam company out for your fees

My wife and I were allowed to apply for a property that was actually unavailable and they charged us 2 application fees and refused to refund us What a scam

Last 4 of Social Security Number and your DOB is REQUIRED

You need to let everyone know up front that you MUST provide your birth date and the last of your social security number even if AVAIL COM doesn t provide financial service What a waste of time

They charged 15 00 to my tenant because her bank account number was missing a digit I asked them to please refund her money and they denied my request My advice look elsewhere There are many other options that are much better Zillow etc

Do Not Trust this website

Would give no stars if possible This website has no landlord accountability Assume the landlord is a scam unless you have verbally talked with him her I tried reaching out to Customer Service after being invited to apply then totally ghosted Customer service was difficult unwilling to attempt to contact the landlord and refused to refund my money 6 weeks later the landlord suggested I apply for a different apartment I would not utilize this service again
