We used Avas to get flowers to a relative in the USA from us in the UK Had an email from Avas that said they had been delivered with time and date The relative said they didn t turn up We raised a query with Avas They came straight back and said they will find out what the local distributer says The local distributer came back with a photo of them outside the front door Relative says we dont tend to use the front door goes look and they are there All done quick enough that the flowers are still fine 5 stars to Avas 1 star to dim relos
