Air claims done right
AviationADR was the only way I managed to actually get my money back from Wizz Air They constantly rejected my claims before that It might initially seem like a long process with AviationADR but honestly it was worth going through it

AT least I got communcation
I did not get the response I wanted from the Air France but this is not AviationADR s fault I had tried so many methods and even other free companies including resolver who were useless but this was the only one that got me an explanation and response So for that I m grateful at least

Successful outcome
Slow process it does take time approx 8 months from initial application Oct 23 to payment However 1048 compensation from KLM was received May 2024I recommend completing the initial form and only react once ADR send you an email with update next actions I highly recommend using ADR

Professional handling of claim
This was a seemless process throughout with updates being sent as to where in the process my claim was They gave the airline plenty of time to dispute the claim but in the end did not respond at which stage AviationADR told them to fully reimburse the claim Payment was made soon after

Bear with the timescales and it will be worthwhile
TUI flight to Barbados was 5 hours 15 minutes late in taking off Contacted AviationADR and found the process was extremely easy to use I submitted my complaint and TUI responded with a long letter claiming exceptional circumstances The adjudicator agreed with my complaint and we were awarded compensation as requested I agree that these type of processes do take a long time but in my experience put up with it and you will receive compensation if you are due it Would highly recommend AviationADR and many thanks to you for taking up my complaint

Be patient and ADR process does work
It is somewhat basic the website Quite easy to use but sometimes logs out and I entered twice by accident the same details The process does take a long time to process the dispute as they are dealing with so many disputes and you must remain patient throughout In my case over a year You need to be patient input all the advice and upload documents and avoid adding to it unless you are asked to but it was good as I did not know where else to go to ask for someone to look again at my complaint
