Don t trust Avocado delivery promises
Ordered two king pillows on Nov 30 2020 as Christmas gifts for my daughter son-in-law and credit card charged immediately Website indicated pillows ship in 1-2 weeks After weeks with no tracking I was told it was now 2-4 weeks It is now Feb 3 2021 and they still cannot tell me when the pillows will ship Why would they charge my credit card when they haven t even produced the pillows yet Customer service s explanation changes every time I complain I think over nine weeks is more than enough time to manufacturer a couple of pillows I cancelled my order today and am now told it could take over a week to get my refund

Buyers be wary when dealing with this company Once the bed was delivered to my home no small feat and unrolled it became an absolutely horrible mattress I had the miss fortune to realize an issue 375 days into ownership The mattress smelled too high heaven The odor permeated the bedroom and seeped into other rooms as well The mattress cover smelled the sheets had to be washed daily to help the issue Finally all bed covering had to be tossed Pillows sheets and comforters A nightmare To put it bluntly this company is incredibly poorly run The customer service department is populated with children The responses from the representatives were juvenile meandering and word salads No thought went into the answers perhaps the script had been misplaced I was instructed to buy an essential oil like peppermint and spray the mattress Or just take it outside to air out in the sun I reside in an apartment building I just hung up and went mattress shopping I purchased a Sealy Posturepedic queen mattress and a new box spring The firm I purchased from removed the Avocado Queen overpriced mess and the box spring I ordered new pillows and replacement sheets I took a financial hit on this transaction with Avocado The warranty is worthless They simply can t be trusted

Sags pokes kinks Backache every morning Phone service laughs
I bought a queen sized avocado green mattress second hand for 1000 to save the environment and us some I believed the company s repute would save me from bad surprises Turns out it s not worth a farthing What a waste of my money This is a horrible sleep for my husband and me 130lbs and 125lbs I ve woken up with a horrible back ache every morning for three weeks It wobbles badly when one person moves kicking the other awake We could live with that Much worse the springs are so different from one another One side seems ok - my husband s On my side some POKE and some SAG and there s this kink with a ridge right along the center - so it pushes me into the saggy regions I ve slept on bare tatami mats think cozy floor quite comfortably This mattress however is just unacceptable The seller is tidy single and less than 120lbs but moves into furnished She s bought it 15 months ago It looks brand new She must have slept on the better side and never noticed I called CS to find out if something s broken or if this is normal and to find out what s to be done First I m told to just buy their topper On insistance I am told the guarantee only applies to the original shipping address I can ask the seller to handle replacement but they don t live here any more then I m laughed at and finally given the silent treatment by a supervisor What a perfectly horrid experience This is no spirit of sustainability your money is all that counts here I would fully recommend you run not walk from this company There are alternatives with a spine that won t break trust like this mattress breaks mine

Scratchy sheets lousy return policy
Bought two sets of organic sheets Washed one not soft at all and can t imagine it getting much better Did not open the other one Could return only one set as there is some small print in their policy saying that only one set of sheets per household can be returned I returned the unopened set and will just cut my losses Won t be using this company again Customer service was polite but the policy is policy

The customer service for this company
The customer service for this company is disappointing the mattress are terrible quality and have started seeing a chiropractor I ve been reaching out to customer service for WEEKS and keep getting the run around I want my 30 day trial to be honored and I want this mattress out of my house with my money back If this proceeds I will individually reach out to every person complaining on these posts find more and file an action lawsuit This is beyond upsetting and disgusting SAVE YOUR MONEY There are so many other organic companies that offer way better products and service I feel as if I ve been sleeping on a cardboard mattress

PLEASE READ ALL THE MOST RECENT REVIEWS
If I knew how awful the experience would be - I would have NEVER ordered it In this time of great financial stress we find ourselves in need of a good bed for my sick husband After waiting for the mattress and the bed since AUGUST- we get the same runaround everyone else has been experiencing I am sorry - but it does not make me feel better PLEASE consider all your options before sinking 5000 into something you may not ever see And their answer Well if you want we can cancel and you can go with someone else - except I don t know when the funds will be reversed back to your account

The company is not transparent They have multiple statements on the website regarding shipping and delivery that aren t true You pay more for white glove service but they don t tell you that certain items are not included They also don t properly inform you of the production AND delivery times 7-10 days is not really the delivery time frame These items are pretty easy to change on the website The customer service rep was fully aware that I m one of many customers who have called in confusion You also receive a tracking saying that all products are coming in a shipment also not true Only one item was arriving even though their expert shipping shows all items in the order are being shipped What a messsss

B corp spelled with the B they stole from GARBAGE
Absolute garbage customer service I have been trying to cancel my order for the last three days I am VERY skeptical of their five star reviews as they all seem to be manufactured aka fake Their website is slick with very good design and the product they promise looks great on paper but ZERO customer service I am currently in my FOURTH HOUR waiting for their online chat to respond I have sent a bunch of emails to both their support and return departments and have gotten nowhere I am fighting this through PayPal as well as through my bank This borders on the crimninal

Order isnt even begun to be readied to ship so had to order masks elsewhere Have asked for a cancellation and refund and receive no response This wouldn t be unreasonable request as this is June 4th and company is just beginning work on April 29th orders Don t expect this company to fill order in timely manner
