Absolutely Abysmal
My account was locked out out 2 months ago after an upgrade As I live abroad I don t have an Australian mobile to reset my password I have now sent 30 requests via email and Facebook and I still don t have access Awares recommendation I I post a paper form to australia from the EU Yes post a form in 2023 This is without doubt the worst customer experience I ve ever had If I could give this company a 0 I would Pathetic

Rubbish experience
I waited a month to receive some kind of communication from Aware but go NOTHING I experience very arrogant and uninformed service NO ONE in Aware reached out to tell me that the other super fund was not releasing my savings All Aware did was to cancel my application no email call NOTHING They just blamed someone else I would give a ZERO in customer relations I have now chosen another super fund Hopefully they ll know how to respect a new customer
