They delete any reviews that have anything negative in them Only way to contact customer service is by email and it s all canned answers- not anyone who wants to help Rewards and status tiers are a joke- you can t use them Don t waste 900 like i did- spend a LITTLE more and get luggage from AWAY

It is impossible to contact the customer support in europe I want to return a item purchased from their store Fist I got a shipping label which didn t not work I have tried to reach them now for two weeks without any luck No answer no nothing I just want to return the item I purchased since it did not fit my needs

Save your time money and frustration and buy your luggage elsewhere The company s returns process is needlessly complicated and time-consuming for even a straightforward return Truly the worst returns process of any online retailer I have used

Shipping issues so disappointed
I ordered 2 suitcases a week ago and I still haven t received any tracking information I placed the order two weeks before my departure and it hasn t been processed At this point I ve lost hope that it will arrive on time and I wanted to cancel the order accordingly However the customer service informed me that it s no longer possible How can it not be possible when the order hasn t even been processed I also can t fathom why it s taking so long to process this order as there are no ongoing promotions or special events I am extremely disappointed with the logistics in this case

1000 purchase and can t get in touch with customer service
I recently ordered 5 pieces from this company I m currently several hours into attempting an exchange Their customer service is so poor It makes me want to return everything and take my business elsewhere All I can say is beware of a company that doesn t have an 800 number to help

What is the point of reward points
You better hope they don t change the rules on you You spend a ton of money and earn reward points then they take them away Then they tell you contact customer service to get it worked out and NOBODY is in customer service You can send email after email and NO-ONE will answer They will respond every so often on social media but only because they want to make it look like they want to help you fix things they don t You better hope your order and your products are correct and do not break otherwise you are stuck with broken bags and nothing to show for all the money you spent

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service Got little to no help regarding an order cancellation The company did not tell me there was delayed shipping for the holidays and when I asked for a cancellation they were extremely condescending and weren t willing to have a conversation Truly one of the worst customer service experiences I ve had

Order fulfillment and Service are BAD
Products seem to be good but the ordering system and customer services is awful From the Beis website I ordered a simple work tote for my girlfriend for Christmas on 12 2 to give to her on 12 15 Today is 12 7 and there has been no communication I went to the website to get tracking information and was referred to the Shop app After downloading the app creating a login verifying though email and text codes there was no information on my order in the app It was a complete waste of time So I found an email for Beis customer service They keep addressing me as Explorer in emails like I am a 5 year old or a puppy Bottom line is that they never shipped the order I requested a cancellation and they refuse They will not cancel an order that they haven t shipped 4 days after it was placed Beis is clearly not set up to fulfill e-commerce orders and couldn t care less about people

terrible customer service and returns policy
I got this as a gift and it s non-functional for me because the water bottle holders are too small to hold a standard sized Owalla bottle My boyfriend spent 15 on shipping this extremely light item I want to return it but discovered returns are not free and in fact cost 10 despite the item being brand new with tags still I was told by customer service there was nothing they could do 25 lost VERY DISAPPOINTED with company policies and with Shay Mitchell These products are expensive so why are these policies terrible and worse than comparable online retailers
