Went to the Chandlers Ford branch for some new furniture and wished we hadn t Bought a sideboard which turned up with a door that wouldn t stay closed The replacement that arrived -a week later- was even worse I d taken the day off work and asked that the replacement was checked by the warehouse manager which could not have happened as two of the doors were badly aligned one of which was difficult to close and had rubbed off all the lacquer not to mention a split in the wood on the top Just received the third replacement which is fine - but its taken almost a month from first delivery to receive a decent one Customer Service was disgusting as no one not even the Store Manager ever called me to apologise or let me know of any progress - shocking experience we won t be going back PS please excuse the one star rating as I can t select zero

I would give the Blandford team more than 5 stars if I could We visited a couple of times before we placed our order chatsworth range for 2 bedrooms and all our questions were answered openly and honestly and nothing was too much trouble We placed our order in store and the furniture arrived at their warehouse quicker than the estimated lead times and it was all delivered today The wardrobes were part assembled and the guys put it all together and positioned it perfectly for us and took all the packaging away Again nothing was too much trouble for them and it was all service with a smile It s hard to find good old fashioned service these days let alone people who are true to their word but I have to say the Blandford team have excelled in every way and we are really impressed and wouldn t hesitate in recommending them to everyone Thank you Blandford it may take a while but we will be back
