Amazing service

I went into the chandlers Ford branch to look for a bookshelf As soon as I walked in I was welcomed with friendly faces and really helpful workers that showed me everything they had to offer I chose one but couldn t get it in my car so they kindly dropped it off for me at home straight away A very good place with a lovely choice of furniture and helpful people thank you x

Dorset Oak 3 Door Sideboard

We live in Jersey we have very little availability for Oak furniture that matches or is similar to the furniture we already have Having searched the internet we came across A World of Furniture we found just the sideboard we wanted We had to have it shipped from the UK by another company to Jersey When the sideboard arrived in Jersey it was extremely well packaged Cannot fault the staff service we received when making our purchase and also for making the process of getting it to us very easy and undamaged Wouldn t hesitate from buying from them again

Rare independent retailer with good customer service

This is one of those rare independent retailers with a unique range of decent quality furniture catering for most budgets sadly becoming a thing of the past these days I have bought three large items on two occasions and both times the customer service in store was excellent with no pressure selling or poor-value finance packages For the second round of furniture they offered me an assembly service for a reduced price The chaps who arrived were very polite and the job was done in next to no time with no mess They even disposed of the packaging for me Can t recommend A World of Furniture enough will certainly be shopping there again Let s hope they stay in business unlike one of their local competitors

Great store

Popped into Blandford store and OMG such beautiful furnishings Purchased a wardrobe and chest of drawers Went back bought a picture cushion and mirror Been back today and ordered large pantry cupboard if I had only looked earlier I could have got my new sofa there too Brilliant staff so helpful and accommodating Layout of shop excellent

Always an enjoyable shopping experience

Have visited Blandford store several times and have always found salesman friendly and knowledgeable and more important not pushy Ben was brilliant this time and indeed we went to buy a dining table set and ended up with a great set and a sofa and furniture box Ben did us a great deal and its always nice to shop where you are not charged a delivery charge

Quality service and great service go hand in hand at World of Furniture Always lots of choice and excellent prices compared to the usual High street stores Always check them first before going anywhere else

Went into School Lane Chandlers Ford branch this morning and could not have been more happy with the assistance we were given Arrived with quite specific requirements expecting to find a compromise close to our needs Came out with exactly what we envisaged thanks to the attention to detail and knowledge of Kev Eade We re coming to the end of a major building refurb and extension will be back soon for our final oak furniture requirements Fab service

Following my review on 20th June I would add how Ben at World of Furniture exceeded all my expectations Following delivery of our dining table which we had agreed to take the display table we noticed a small patch of blistering I phoned Ben and he agreed to exchange the table with no quibble at all New table delivered and put together by fantastic team Thank you again for a superb service

Excellent quality and service

From choosing our sofa and helpful friendly but non pressurised service to cheery delivery at a not- straightforward property we cannot fault them A great range of products which felt good quality We would definitely use them again
