Search is not intuitive and most of the time not working no french english language FIlters are not working I had to come back to the main page several times it took me the entire afternoon to make the order Please improve the usability

Defect with a travel buggy

I bought a travel buggy which turned out to have a severe defect after 2 months and just two trips I contacted babymarkt first time 29 7 2022 and I still don t have any information how this will be fixed The last two emails that I have sent have not been replied anymore Latest communication from babymarkt was on 3 8 2022 The delivery when I ordered the buggy in May was great and I was a happy client but now I am quite frustrated as just after a few months the buggy is useless and dangerous for my baby I would really hope that babymarkt would reply to me with concrete information how this issue will be fixed as it clearly should be covered by guarantee To sum up great delivery but service is really poor if the product you order has a defect at least now based on my experience Update 6 9 2022 despite the reply below from Baby-Markt their customer service still hasn t replied to me despite several reminders sent Latest correspondence continues to be from 3 8 2022

Very long waiting time

We are very unsatisfied with Baby-Markt The communication via mail is very poor they answer very slowly once in 4 days and with no clarity Communication via call is even worse 1st time we call to customer service the lady was very unprofessional and hang out the phone without answering to our questions 2nd time we call the customer service responded that they can return our money only after the their supplier who didn t provide the product to us will return our order back to Baby-Markt We made an order on 19th Oct and more than 2 weeks our product wasn t delivered to us and now we should wait even more to get our money back Baby-markt can clearly see that product is at supplier s side however they don t return our money back until the product is delivered back by their supplier In the meantime we lost more than 2 weeks and don t have our money back yet

credit card charged but order missing Unable to reach customer service

I ordered an Elvie double breast pump and my credit card was charged However I never got a confirmation order number nor a tracking I ve been trying to reach customer service through phone email and instagram but no one answers

They don t care about customers

Was happy to buy from them until a warranty issue with a willing to make a reimbursement from baby-markt ch I informed them that the CC was no longer available to make a IBAN transfer They said in that case they needed to mandate Klarna Baby-markt responsibility They gave to Klarna the CC card number that was not available and Klarna made the reimbursement on that card After 4 months multiple calls chats 20emails Baby-Markt says is not their responsibility but Klarna Klarna don t care since they received the CC number from BabyMarkt So be advised if Babymarkt mandates some third party company s that you did asked for Then they will say that is not their problem anymore and you stay without the item sent back to warranty and the money So they really don t care and that is how you loose 400chf and multiple days hours with support services that are F D The reply from Babymarkt is false since the paiement method was a Credit Card directly to Babymarkt never was used Klarna Klarna was ordered by Babymarkt

Annoyed

It s extremely disappointing to operate dishonestly You are a German company by the GmbH on your invoice and your website You are quoting and charging CH vat inclusive prices However you are not transparent that your bank account lies in Germany and therefore your customer must pay the international fee of 1 75 to Swiss Banks At least on other websites they will let you know that you will be charged and not surprised when you see your statement

Horrible customer service

I ordered a baby seat which was called back by the producer due safety concerns It took a month until I got the new baby seat What do you do in the meantime with a newborn and no baby seat Baby-Markt doesn t care The first two weeks Baby-Markt didn t do anything to exchange the baby seat Then I started keep calling until they finally did When I contacted the producer i had a reply within hours but i had to go via the seller which didn t care about baby safety

Avoid Baby-Markt ch Unreliable Service and Poor Customer Support

I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Baby-Markt ch and I feel compelled to warn other potential customers about their poor practices On 06 10 2024 I attempted to purchase a stroller worth 894 02 Due to a technical issue on their website the order was never completed yet they still debited the full amount from my account Despite contacting their customer service immediately I was given the runaround They initially promised that the blocked funds would be released within 2-3 days but that never happened Instead I received a partial refund of 835 42 leaving me 58 60 short Baby-Markt ch refuses to take responsibility for the missing amount blaming their payment provider Klarna However Klarna claims that Baby-Markt ch as the merchant is responsible for the refund This back-and-forth has left me without the full amount and neither Baby-Markt ch nor Klarna is willing to resolve the issue The lack of accountability from Baby-Markt ch is unacceptable Their customer service was completely unhelpful and dismissive showing no effort to resolve a mistake that was clearly on their side If you value your time money and peace of mind I strongly advise against purchasing from Baby-Markt ch They are untrustworthy and their poor customer service will leave you chasing after your own money Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere
