During the assembly of our Schleich Grosser Pferdehof mit Wohnhaus und Stall we ordered from Baby Markt we realised there was a double bed missing We emailed with Baby-Markt for 3 weeks back and forth they don t have a phone number only Email but they couldn t get the provider to replace the missing part so they asked me to ship the whole house back to them The thing is huge with many small parts the assembly took forever So the solution seemed more complicated than the original problem I decided to contact Schleich myself and got a free replacement in 2 Minutes I guess they just couldn t be bothered with making one phone call So I think Baby-Markt is a good option if you are lucky and nothing goes wrong They do have good prices and reply Emails quickly But if you have a problem they are not very solution oriented

Good site but with a very bad customer service Once you have a problem it s a nightmare to solve and the customer support is neither supportive neither polite to provide you with solutions for articles you had already paid and were not delivered Based on my current experience I recommend the following if you get a wrong article keep it and sell it on Anibis If you dont get the full articles on your order if the order is bellow 50 chf let it go The time you will spend chasing them will not compensate the money

It s not easy to buy a baby car for twins with all accessories that I needed I had to make a second purchase because was not clear what was comming in the description for the ABC DESIGN Zoom Storm Not even the cover for the rain come Really sad that the shop or ABC wants to earn money decieving the customer like this Simple example no one here in CH can bring the baby from hospital if is not in the Eggs Should be more clear the option and that was not in the package the eggs and boxs for small babies No one needs to buy a car if is not also for a newborn babys Sad when arrived the boxs from baby-markt and was not there any solution Lucky me I was aware of this type of customer service

I ordered an article that was supposly in sale and 2 days later I discover the price I paid was the regular price and there was even an offer making the price 80 CHF under the price I paid on sale That s a terrible way to deceive the customer First time I ordered and last time I won t order again at this company

I bought a rather expensive baby chair expecting a good quality After the use of not even half a year I have realised that the material get stained very easily and cannot be removed I cleaned the chair only 5 minutes later and even a fruity yogurt stain could not go away anymore This is horrible and unimaginable How can you expect not to drop some food on a baby chair I cannot evaluate this product anymore since the product evaluation link has already expired Ridiculous You can evaluate a product when it is new and fresh Of course you will give a good note But how about a few months later Even though you are not satisfied with the product you have no chance to evaluate anymore Clever play

I write babymarkt ch a email i get a automatic response it can takes a maximum of 2 days to reply i send a other email then i call on the phone you tell me you will answer with a e-mail tomorrow it is 1 week ago and I still didn t get an answer solution or excuse this is really bad customer service Especially since you sell a buggy whose photos are not listed completly the same with the relevant buggy really bad Ich schreibe babymarkt ch eine E-Mail Ich bekomme eine automatische Antwort Es kann maximal 2 Tage dauern bis ich antworte Ich sende eine andere E-Mail Dann rufe ich an Am Telefon sagst du mir Das wirst du antworte mit einer e-mail morgen ist es 1 woche her und ich habe immer noch keine antwort l sung oder entschuldigung bekommen das ist wirklich schlechter kundenservice Zumal Sie einen Buggy verkaufen dessen Fotos nicht mit dem entsprechenden Buggy gelistet sind wirklich schlecht after 2 weeks they response and they gave me a small compensation therefore adjusted the above stars
