The delivery was late even after we reminded multiple times

The ordered Lionelo buggy As per the delivery schedule of 2-5 working days and a request via phone for a prompt delivery we expected the product in 3 days but despite multiple reminders the product delivered after 5 days and there were confusions with delivery partner Finally when we receive the product we are not happy with the buggy and send it back

You would have too pay the return

All good with delivery process the biggest disadvantage though is that you have to pay the return - e g I ordered an item which didn t suit for 10 chf and I had to pay 8 chf for the postage back Doesn t make any sense Also the return label is not included so you would need to create it and find the way to print out

Prompt and high quality

I have used baby-markt several times and always been very happy with the products available and the promptness with which they arrive All items ordered have always been correct and in perfect condition with no defects The only slight issue I have encountered is sometimes the site being a bit slow to load especially when it comes to the payment stage This results in sometimes the payment order not being executed initially and having to re-do it

Good online store only in german

Very good online store with good prices the only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 is that the swiss website is only available in German which is quite strange as they also have online stores in Italy pinkorblue it and France roseoubleu fr thus offering further languages would be rather easy and would significantly increase the experience for non-german speakers in Switzerland
