I have used Bag Spa several times for shoe and handbag repair Recently I sent in an Etro handbag The closing mechanism had separated from the fabric The Bag Spa did an excellent job repairing the bag It looks like new It is not a speedy process but I have found the customer service to be very good The team is very responsive

I was initially concerned after sending my boots in and seeing negative reviews however they ve come back in beautiful condition The elastic has been replaced and widened per my request and they even added a piece of leather at the top of the thin suede boot material above the knee to give it some strength which is a great touch Very very happy with my boots thank you Shoe Spa
