Brilliant quality and service from Baldiflex love them
Customer service was brilliant from the beginning to the end of the process They ve answered all my questions regarding delivery to UK they helped putting an order ensured everything was in place they moved fast and professional It took longer to receive my order about a month and it was solely because of the customs and the bunch of paperwork required to deliver to UK post Brexit Baldiflex were amazing can t thank them enough Mattresses are top quality it worth the wait And much cheaper and comfier than the UK ones Camelia T

Great mattress and excellent customer service
I stayed at an apartment in Italy a couple of months ago that had a really comfortable mattress and it really helped my hip and back pain Once I returned from that trip I realized how much I hated my own mattress So I found out the information about the mattress in Italy and contacted the company I read the reviews and found another person who had a similar experience to mine so that felt serendipitous The customer service representative was so helpful in getting my order processed and it arrived in record time I am really enjoying my mattress and I highly recommend this company and their products
