Baseus 8L mini fridge waste of money

After three months of use the Baseus 8L mini fridge stopped working It was not subjected to heavy use the door is open only once or twice a day Is it located inside the master bedroom where the aircon is mostly on thus the ambient temperature is not extreme Even with those conditions it did not last Better buy a stablished brand and those with good service centre

I have a Baseus wireless phone charger that lasted about six months and then stopped working I exchanged messages with Baseus Customer Service who demanded a video of the problem and a copy of the original proof of purchase both of which I provided I have been unable to get a response from them in a month I ll never buy a Baseus product again

Baseus Good product - bad seller My case Order ID 3019530156683747 I paid for power bank 30 000mah the seller aliexpresscom store 1101213261 at first confirmed delivery to Hawaii US but afterwards refused to make shipping for the different reasons such as no logistic possibilities due to covid blah-blah-blah Meantime the same power banks as a matter of fact was delivered by this seller to USA in this November it is clear from customer s feedback on seller s webpage I think the seller don t want to supply it due to his own vision of that deal not profitable for him after solid discount received by me on 11 11 sale Not recommend this seller

I bought a powerbank from Baseus less than 2 1 2 years ago Some time ago the powerbank showed small cracks in the housing which deteriorated until the powerbank did not work anymore Upon my request about a guarantee I was informed that the guarantee period of 2 years had expired so as a coulance they offered a 5 discount on a next purchase Apparently the company does not care about customer satisfaction So be aware HSLB

i bought the Baseus power bank This year in January 2023 and followed all instructions but four months later it would not hold a charge i contacted their online store for warranty through ebay with no satisfaction after sending video and photos and getting nowhere i contacted their customer service which waste of time be aware this item is a waste of money and warranty not worth a light

Hopeless Customer Service and Products

My Power Bank Charger has just stopped working and its just over a year old I have tried emailing and messaging customer support but they have not replied or even acknowledged my messages So from now on I will not be purchasing anything else from this company and will be advising my colleagues against buying from them Clearly they think they think they can get away with poor service but not in my case Im totally against having any further or future dealings with them
