Customer service experience was really bad

Very dishonest company Would not recommend to anyone

Cost more for less efficiency A waste of money in comparison to other systems

My wife and I were new customers to this type of system for our wholesale realestate business We were literally just with them for 8 days and from the get go had concerns We purchased our numbers from them to use for the SMS delivery While in the process of getting our lists all set up and campaign s figured out we noticed that our BRAND NEW NUMBERS through them we re already marked as spam Yes literally never a single SMS sent and our brand new numbers were already marked spam We reached out to our account manager online chat as well as technical support and didn t really get a answer we trusted Ultimately decided to cancel and get a full refund of roughly 200 dollars as we we re only with them for 8 days Needless to say now 5 more emails and still no refund as of this review I m sorry but I don t believe the customer should be strong armed into calling when the entire setup billing and Everything else is done with minimal if any customer service Obviously they want to railroad you into everything that s a possible add on as well as making it in necessarily lengthy to cancel your account Long story made short I will never recommend batch leads to anyone And clearly I will have to dispute all the charges with my bank

I wanted to try your software because i wanted to try batch dialer I wanted to try to give you all a chance to win my business by offering EQUAL OR BETTER software than your competitor at propstream I like that you all use SMS And I want the CONVENIENCE of seamless integration I want that for my business But I sign up for a free trial and your software WASNT WORKING I HAVE SCREENSHOTS that I sent to your customer service representative And by the time I get the software working Your free trial didn t register properly and billed me early You all were nice and gave me a refund But I still haven t been able to try your software So you give me a free month to try it again - but it automatically unenrolled me I m wondering if this was a disgruntled employees way of quitting because after looking at all the other terrible reviews refunds are hard to come by And now I have been ignored by my customer success manager - who sent me back to my customer loyalty specialist And now I have been ignored for 2 days I have left one final voicemail for the customer loyalty line and that will be the end which is frustrating for me because I wanted to try your product

Won t let you cancel Takes multiple calls to a voicemail with no returned call Continually attempts to charge your card even after requesting multiple cancelations

Terrible company and even worse support when you try to cancel I originally signed up for 3 month trial when all I really wanted was the text campaign but they make you buy all these extra add on The exact same day 8 26 21 I ordered I changed my mind and called to cancel and just got voicemail over and over I emailed saying I wanted to cancel yet they still charged me the full amount Now I am in the final stages of fighting with Batch leads and my credit card company trying to get a refund for a service I NEVER used Don t trust this company

Very slow to respond to chats and I had to repeat the same question in different ways because the representative just didn t understand what I was talking about Batch needs telephone support or a larger support staff to promptly respond to customer needs

Not what I expected And trying to cancel has been a task on this own and forget a refund After a few days I ve spent a week trying to cancel the service and playing phone tag Was not offered a refund but did have my account paused so now no access and I m still being charged Update After the run around I received a partial refund They didn t make it whole bit better then nothing Although Nothing is what I got out of that service
