Application is decent Service is terrible

Application is decent Customer service is TERRIBLE Pricing is piece-meal so you end up paying a lot to get a cohesive system

I like batch but I would like to see my

I like batch but I would like to see my sms campaign notes talk to my property page As if I put a status or notes then they share The same for Batch dialer IN shortTalk to each other more so I do not have to update the same contact 3 4 5 times

Site and customer service

Their site and customer service leaves a lot to be desired I ordered the list add on for 69 and the data for my area sucks is inaccurate I quickly reached out to them and asked for a refund and crickets I should have just done the week trial You have to put 50 on account to skiptrace And you have to contact customer service to cancel I feel like if they thought their platform was the best they wouldn t have to do all these tricks I ve unfortunately wasted over 200 on their site in one month for nothing I m going back to PropStream

Marissa O is Amazing

Marissa O is amazing Only reason I cannot give 5 stars is because of the several months of issues I experienced with texting that could not be resolved not her fault and she tried her best to help me The SMS issues were so pervasive that I recently stopped using Batch for texting and switched to a different provider that I started using a few months ago when the Batch problems first arose The other provider has proven quite reliable and does not experience the same problems as Batch Batch skip tracing is not very good - results include 8 phone numbers most of which are usually invalid I found another provider that has proven to be more reliable and provides 3 numbers Overall in my experience Batch is sufficient for pulling lead lists but not much else unless you don t care about SMS delivery rate or getting accurate skip trace results
