The learning curve is kinda steep for me I m having some issues thats delaying my progress with cultivating leads

I really like the app itself but

I really like the app itself I do not like that I cant seem to get anyone to give me a breakdown of what I am getting at each price point except to use their internal jargon like List Stacking Much more accurate data than PropStream when the property actually appears I haven t found the ability to generate a comps report just the comps themselves I would recommend having a Starting Investor pack where you offer your maps and lists service an amount of skip tracing and your D4D app for one price

Batchleads for texting is AMAZING

Batchleads for texting is 5 STARS AMAZING However Batchleads for RVM ringless voice mail is not great yet but I hope we can solve the glitches 1 STAR for RVM so far Batchleads for search is solid 4 STARS for searchI highly recommend Batchleads for texting - Rob is great too

There s lots of times where there is no

There s lots of times where there is no Bed Bath count on the record which makes the comping tool rather difficult to use and get accurate data without leaving the platform and using free data like Zillow or Redfin

Carrier Woes and Batch

While I understand that Batch has to roll with carriers as the rules change my expectation would be they would be a little more insightful and proactive as to what s going on and upcoming changes BEFORE they impact customers I ve had text campaigns fail twice now 1st due to the carrier change and now due to carrier changes requiring me to go through a 3rd party vendor like Twilio or Plivo for texting I understand this is a recent development too It looks like my 10DLC setup with Batch is no longer effective hence the need for the additional vendor But I ll talk more with my account manager re this Batch Support appears to be understaffed as well Response times have been slow lately to be sure

Good not great

Daytime color setting colors are hard to see off whites greys and blues Propstream is easier to see Also money loaded in your wallet is non-refundable The reason I use it is data and skip tracing in one place When Propstream has skip tracing I ll be gone Chat is spotty at best No consistent hours of service
