Lesson No 1 Read Bad Reviews Before Paying Lesson No 2 Do Not Sign Up for Yearly Plan 08 24 23My free trail ended there was not much I can do on their website due to the trail limitation but friends recommend it so I sign up a yearly plan 82 month without any doubt certainly didn t read the cancellation policy thought I would never need it 08 30 23I learnt that my 10 DLC registration can t be done till next year which means I can t use the SMS service on batch leads until then and that s the main reason I signed up for So I left a text message to my account manager Janet Pavkovich explained my situation and requested a cancellation or pause on my account I was certainly thinking to keep using the service once I have my 10 DLC done 08 31 23Janet called me back and denied my quests right way and immediately started saying that I needed to upgrade my plan to personal plus which is 248 month I was like excuse me my quest is canceling or pausing which means I don t want to keep paying the 82 every month for nothing and you are asking me to pay more money for nothing what is the logic there I pointed out directly that s not what I need at this moment I took a breath from the shock trying to solve this problem calmly I apologized that it was my mistake that I didn t read every word carefully in the contract I tried to explain and get her understand that as a foreigner it often happens that I automatically skip words without finishing my sentence she immediately raised her voice yelling and questioning me if you can t read why do you sign up the contract I was shocked and felt humiliated so I couldn t speak a word but she questioned it over again I thanked for her time and point out that I felt it s difficult to communicate with her over the phone And yet I received emails from Janet still recommending the upgrade yearly plan right after I hang up the phone I replied the email saying it s very unpleasant to work with her and I would like to request a new account manager No replies received 09 04 23I reached out to customer support I sent my request about cancellation as guided on web billing page 09 05 23I received a denial email from Joshua Decker saying there was nothing they can do and my account manager will call me I thanked for his responding and explained my situation specifically pointed out that I do not wish to speak with account manager Janet again 09 06 23Joshua replied my email saying he can look into have someone else to be my account manager but they will all reiterate the same thing that Janet told me I went back to my billing page finding out the option cancel or pause is no longer working It says they will work again until 08 24 2024 I was signing up for Propstream and BLeads about same time and was wondering why propstream only offers monthly subscription now I see Prop is the smarter one I just notice that the core value of Batch Leads is they are customer obsessed how ironic at this moment
