Lesson No 1 Read Bad Reviews Before Paying Lesson No 2 Do Not Sign Up for Yearly Plan 08 24 23My free trail ended there was not much I can do on their website due to the trail limitation but friends recommend it so I sign up a yearly plan 82 month without any doubt certainly didn t read the cancellation policy thought I would never need it 08 30 23I learnt that my 10 DLC registration can t be done till next year which means I can t use the SMS service on batch leads until then and that s the main reason I signed up for So I left a text message to my account manager Janet Pavkovich explained my situation and requested a cancellation or pause on my account I was certainly thinking to keep using the service once I have my 10 DLC done 08 31 23Janet called me back and denied my quests right way and immediately started saying that I needed to upgrade my plan to personal plus which is 248 month I was like excuse me my quest is canceling or pausing which means I don t want to keep paying the 82 every month for nothing and you are asking me to pay more money for nothing what is the logic there I pointed out directly that s not what I need at this moment I took a breath from the shock trying to solve this problem calmly I apologized that it was my mistake that I didn t read every word carefully in the contract I tried to explain and get her understand that as a foreigner it often happens that I automatically skip words without finishing my sentence she immediately raised her voice yelling and questioning me if you can t read why do you sign up the contract I was shocked and felt humiliated so I couldn t speak a word but she questioned it over again I thanked for her time and point out that I felt it s difficult to communicate with her over the phone And yet I received emails from Janet still recommending the upgrade yearly plan right after I hang up the phone I replied the email saying it s very unpleasant to work with her and I would like to request a new account manager No replies received 09 04 23I reached out to customer support I sent my request about cancellation as guided on web billing page 09 05 23I received a denial email from Joshua Decker saying there was nothing they can do and my account manager will call me I thanked for his responding and explained my situation specifically pointed out that I do not wish to speak with account manager Janet again 09 06 23Joshua replied my email saying he can look into have someone else to be my account manager but they will all reiterate the same thing that Janet told me I went back to my billing page finding out the option cancel or pause is no longer working It says they will work again until 08 24 2024 I was signing up for Propstream and BLeads about same time and was wondering why propstream only offers monthly subscription now I see Prop is the smarter one I just notice that the core value of Batch Leads is they are customer obsessed how ironic at this moment

Unfair Deceptive Practice Guideline I want to try the 7 days free trial and

I want to try the 7 days free trial and I was really happy because I had no money to start investing so I used the bank card that had less than 100 and it got rejected I spoke to a girl and then the supervisor and they were inconsiderate and heartless they want me to pay for something is claim to be free so because I did not have 100 on my card I could not get the 7 days free trial is not free then other Real Estate Systems are really inexpensive and fair they don t even ask you for credit cards I get it the owners are in these business to make money but don t do it with the poor do it with the wealthy go steal from the ones that can afford it I told the supervisor I was going to write a review she did not care I call this corporate guidelines stealing wanting to collect money that does not belong to you Incident happened on 4 11 2023 Review written 4 12 2023Additional details added at 7 18am on 4 13 2023 Before your Trustpilot email I have received 3 emails from Batch Leads 2 for email verification at 2 32pm on 4 12 2023 and one this morning at 5 25am with the implication that my ticket is been resolved by customer service therefore they just closed it then I replied to let them know they are lying nothing is been resolved as I just went this morning and attemp to get the 7Days Free trial and my card has money but they want 100 00 on it I used cards with other systems and programs that have less than 10 00 and they accept it or no card required for other Real Estate Programs systems way more feautures and add ons with more value and less expensive Spoke to a chatting girl then I scalated to supervisor but neither was willing to assist me What more details does the company want me to write Don t they know what they are selling Don t they know how they charging system works so they cannot ask me for details Don t do they know their software program their guidelines Who is requesting more details is she new perhaps Let me know if you want more details and if need more details please specify about what To a good understanding person few words are required

I have been trying to resolve an issue

I have been trying to resolve an issue with my account for well over 3 weeks now After back and forth calls and we will call you back I was told to submit documentation via email 2 weeks ago and would receive a call back in 24 hours to complete the issue Its been two weeks since then and not only have I not heard back via email and phone BUT Ive been calling their customer support line AND have submitted a customer support request on their website I have yet to hear back VERY unprofessional for a company to avoid following up and ensuring consumers are happy with their product Unfortunately If I don t get resolution Ill have to report to the BBB

Batch now force to pay 300 per month

We are planning to move to another platform as they up-charge for everything As the last drop was they removed all add-ons and created these packages and now they force you to pay 300 per month for access to the same features we used to pay twice less Although they say they added useful features in the package you essentially receive the same set of tools you use on day by day basis for double price I do not recommend

Dishonest Unprofessional and Unethical

I have STILL yet to receive a phone call from this company Anytime I attempt to call them it goes directly to an automated message to leave a voice message Contact support via email and NOTHING I bet If I attempt to to try and enroll in their services they would be more than willing to help me Took payments out of my account for 7 months after I delivered verification of opting out of services Ridiculous

I canceled my account in July

I canceled my account in July Batch leads continued to charge my account for 5 months and refuses to give me a refund They only agreed to give me 1 month refund I would not recommend this company
