BatchLeads does a great job of keeping the customer in mind by offering the on-boarding service This is where they stand out against their competitors On-boarding specialists was very thorough showing the uses of the program for the services that the customer is subscribed to Link to the meeting needs to be more prominent in emails sent to customers for on-boarding

Overall it is awesome The chat feature has been extremely helpful The agents always show me exactly how to accomplish whatever it is I m stuck on They give detailed instructions and or share images that explain what I need to do It could be a little more user-friendly for newbies but I ll get the hang of it with more practice

The user interface of BatchLeads coupled with its extensive data sources makes it a superior offering to competitors

batch leads has really really good customer service I havent been using them long enough to give 5 stars for the quality of their skip tracing so so far I would rate it a 4 5

Batch Leads offers a lot of tools in one software This is very helpful to minimize being subscribed to other softwares and minimizing integrating

The response to my questions and concerns is prompt overall Twice now a BatchLeads team member has spent a significant amount of time helping me in a Zoom meeting - once for onboarding and the other time was for integration help for SMS messaging I also find the help center to be useful The only reasons why I am not giving you 5 stars is because although my mails receive a pretty quick response phone calls and chats are a bit slower Also I am a bit disappointed that when I upgraded to a personal plus account I was not given better guidance right off the bat on all the craziness that is SMS campaign preliminary set-up I spent most of the day struggling with Twilio and have yet to set up my first campaign But I know I ll get there The fact that people from Batch Leads are willing to help on Zoom and be super patient with me makes me believe I can do this

Janet Pavkovich was very helpful and patient in answering all my questions After playing a little phone tag we connected and she set me up with a great plan to get me started in my business as well and connect me with more help and one on one training
