Chat feature useful but phone support needs improvement

Geronimo was able to assist me with a few things I needed resolved or at least point me in the right direction I think Batch s phone support needs improvement Someone rarely answers the phone or returns voice mails

The main reason why I use BatchLeads 1 is a great tool and also has the best customer service for any question I have they give me a solution in minutes Other companies like phone cable banks etc should learn from Batch what is customer service and stop playing games with people Thank you Batch Robert Orrigoni

Support is so helpful when I m stuck

Support is so helpful when I m stuck with issues I can t fix like uploading lists that aren t in the right format and with my postcard editing that I couldn t correct

Tech Challenged

I started out with Adam Paul not sure which is the first name who quickly explained how to filter a search further that I was having difficulty with Not being tech savvy I later needed someone to show me how to exit the chat I know I know Divine jumped right on and explained that Both were very prompt and efficient and made sure my queries were answered so thank you

Tyler was able to help me through a couple problems that I have been struggling with Batchleads He was knowledgeable and patient going over each step to resolve my issues I have been using Batchleads now for a couple months and he has called periodically just to check in to see how things are going I don t know another company that has this kind of followup and support for their customers
