I ordered a stand alone bath tap on 7 June 23 it was in stock online with delivery 2-3 days Email to say tap out of stock and available shortly Finally got tap on 21 6 23 Tap is not low pressure as described so unsuitable Tap is also ugly and cheap looking with a plastic shower cord that is cheap and nasty and all bent damaged Not at all what l thought l had ordered and paid for After many attempts to call and unanswered emails l got through to Millie who said best way to return was Yodel 11 I received email with details but nearest shop was 15 miles away and could not get parcel there I posted it myself royal mail after being unable to get reply from BH on Tel or by email After that it still took weeks to get my refund and at one point l managed to speak to Millie and Zoey and advised they hadn t got my return when l knew they had received it There is no customer service here and although staff are pleasant when you finally get a call answered they are vague and will say anything to get the customer off the call Most calls were a complete waste of time as actions that were promised rarely happened It seems that they are completely out of their depth and unable to provide even basic customer service Their website looks good but promises products that look better than they are and there s no help if something is not right Focus on sales but awfully stressful to deal with them Short hours available never answering calls incorrect advice info when you finally get through and then fobbed off again Payment to them is instant but a refund takes several weeks I will not order anything from this company again

Don t expect to receive your goods
tell you something is in stock and you pay for next day delivery Then you hear 2 days later it s out of stock due in a week So you wait for them and delay a bathroom fitting Then the new date comes and goes and they say it s going to be another 2 weeks I would avoid if your not looking for items for a project months in the future

Bad experience - would not recommend
I have done a lot of online shopping can confirm this is the worst experience I ve ever had I used bathroom-house because the previous home owners purchased items from here I wanted the new items to match be cohesive Echoing what previous bad reviews mentioned - do not expect to receive your items on time I paid for next day delivery received HALF of my order 1 week later The rest of the order arrived 3 weeks after I placed my order this was with me consistently chasing for an update Ridiculous They mentioned new system error an item out of stock caused the initial delay but the out of stock item was sent to me regardless The missing items were also sent to me direct from the manufacturer so I assume that this was out of stock from B-H Why list it on your website if it s out of stock Their customer service satisfaction should also improve You messed me around with my order making me wait weeks yet when I want to return something you don t have the decency to offer free shipping The item was a toilet seat so shipping was 10 max One positive note is that Zoey Customer Service was lovely a pleasure to speak to Hence the 1 extra star Overall I would not recommend anyone to waste their time money here Maybe my experience was just serious bad luck but honestly do not take the chance

Cheesed off - ordered a bath and taps on a Thursday with the promise they would be delivered by the following Tuesday as I had a fitter ripping out the bathroom and he was going holiday On the Tuesday told the bath was delayed but would definitley come Wednesday so I kept the fitter hanging on and charging Then after and hour of trying to call on the Wednesday told it would now be Friday so as my fitter is away I will have no bath for a further 12 days

1 set of taps arrived with a faulty tap sent multiple emails to bathroom house to rectify and never responded back Wouldn t use again as customer service is non existent

Did the right thing in the end but has still taken so much of my time up
I ordered 2 x shower heads 1 turned up the other wasn t ever sent which they admitted was their warehouse packing mistake via email The 1 that showed up was damaged they wouldn t respond after the first email so I had to open a PayPal case Then they would only refund me if I paid to post the damaged shower head back All that s happened from purchasing from Bathroom house is i m out of pocket by 11 15 And it took 2 months to resolve Pretty awful 3rd of Jan - Since writing my initial review Bathroom House as stated below has refunded me the postage which is fantastic and greatly appreciated They ve done the right thing but it still doesn t massively change the buying experience sadly I ve spent a lot of precious time having to deal with this issue which I don t have a huge amount of I ve changed my review from 1 star to 2 due to them refunded me the postage

Not great Products were not in stock when ordered and next day delivery turned into 4-day delivery Also alternative products needed to be sent as the website was not up-to-date Products were then sent without instructions and one package looked fairly battered I since realised that the battered package had the wrong shower brackets and I needed to get replacements When I emailed to inform them that I wanted to return the items I was originally told that I couldn t return almost like they didn t want it back Then when I copied and pasted their policy they changed their mind and said I could return the product Overall not the best - you can find better products cheaper with better customer service elsewhere

Bad customer service Incomplete product arrived just before shut down and won t rectify it because an arbitrary 30 days have past Must have past them by that there s been a pandemic that may have delayed any checking of their faulty goods

Disappointed with their service
Ordered 2 filter taps for myself my mum They arrived on time however on fitting my tap I realised that it would be too difficult for my mum to use the boiling water side of the tap as it s got a safety lock system that makes it complicated to operate if you have arthritis Have been chasing Bathroom House for a month a half to arrange to return one set to no avail They either don t pick up their phone or if someone does pick up they promise to send me return instructions then nothing Thoroughly disappointed with their service
