After call for advice on some bathroom taps we received the wrong goods They were return and delivered back to you on the 2nd September however we have not received our refund On calling several times we just get an automated message that you are short of staff We have also emailed and again just an automated return email saying you are experiencing staff shotages and it may be a while until you comes back to us We find it strange you can reply to all the negative reviews but cannot deal with the issues Can you please return our money 164

I m trying to return a product I received an initial email on 28 08 2023 informing that they are shorts staffed but will get to my request and don t email again I emailed again on 13 09 2023 on my return from holiday no response tried calling no answer I would strongly advise that you apply caution when ordering from this company as you will struggle to resolve any issues

Please get in touch with me regarding a refund you still haven t processed despite me showing the return was delivered with tracking information and contacting both your email addresses multiple times It s order number 100015792 This has been going on for nearly 2 months now

All I ve had is my shower and taps I m still waiting for my bath so I can start my tiling and my sink and pedestal which after I had paid for it told me it will not be in stock till march

I bought a bathroom tap from this company One of the handles was defective I write Bathroom House an email asking for a resolution to the defective tap They did not reply I called bathroom House twice each time getting only voice mail and being assured that they would contact me They never contacted me I recommend that no one buy from Bathroom House as they do not respond to any customer s complaints about receiving faulty merchandise This is not a reputable company

Currently waiting for our next day delivery radiator that was ordered a week ago The helpline have no idea when an item will be dispatched and 2 mornings I ve had an email explaining it won t be delivered that day I ve called this morning again I have little confidence that the item is even in stock in the warehouse despite still being available online as next day delivery I was promised a phonecall from the manager within 20 mins I called back 90 mins later apparently I ll get a call today This is now holding up our bathroom installation

Dont even think of buying my dad is 74 years old his walk in shower broke needed to get bottom shower base etc went for next day delivery order was sunday its now 5 still nowt has come why do this to people take extra money for next day ring them it always go to stupid message service what sort of company is this sad really cant even answer my emails will never ever buy again feel so let down when my dad has medical needs

None existent customer service I purchased a shower basin which arrived badly damaged I have sent photos of the damage as directed on the returns and damage policy email No reply for two weeks the phone line rings with answer This has led to a huge delay incredibly disappointed Would avoid

You contacted me via a reply on my previous review to say this would be sorted To be fair you emailed me although you asked whether I wanted a refund or replacement when I have quite clearly been asking for a refund and I m not likely to have been waiting for a replacement from you for 2 months Anyway that was a week ago and yet again no further response You ll continue to get 1-star reviews foryour appalling service until you sort this out Please just refund me so I can forget about this whole sorry experience

I am deeply disappointed and utterly frustrated with the appalling service provided by Bathroom House They sent me a bunch of incorrect items completely diverging from my original order Despite numerous attempts to rectify the situation they have failed to collect the erroneous items and refund my payment for over a month now Their customer service is virtually non-existent Emails remain unanswered and their phone lines seem to lead to nowhere It s evident that Bathroom House operates as a scam company preying on individuals who eventually give up due to their exhausting tactics avoiding any involvement with banks or legal entities My experience serves as a stern warning to all potential customers steer clear of Bathroom House at all costs Their deceptive practices and lack of accountability demonstrate a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and integrity Save yourself the headache and avoid this unscrupulous company at all costs
