I needed new cabinets for our cloakroom and after much browsing found Bathroom House were significantly cheaper than all other sites for exactly the same brand I was kept informed of progress and they were delivered on the stated day in perfect condition Upon opening I found everything was present and correct A great service

Another wonderful bathroom renovation from Bathroom House

This is our third time of using Bathroom house for our bathroom needs The prices are always very competitive and superb quality products We have always had excellent customer service with this company The service we received this time was second to non as I was unsure of what I wanted I was guided by Zoey from tiles to taps Zoey spent time trolling through brochures getting exactly what I wanted nothing was too much trouble I was kept up to date of deliveries which arrived when expected The bathroom looks spectacular

Ordered non-standard 3 hole taps for a good price Arrived quickly well packaged and complete which is useful as a tradesperson because it s not always the case My customer was suitably impressed with his new taps so happy all round

Cracked Shower Tray Issue

The shower tray we purchased from Bathroom House developed a crack after just 3 months use We cannot fault their Customer Service response Clear guidance on what info to provide to assess our problem Regular updates on what was happening A great resolution with a new replacement shower tray All done in a week Many thanks Zoey and Bathroom House

Very helpful team

Ordered bathroom taps over the phone paid for 3-5 day shipping but received them the next day very pleased I spoke with Millie and she was so helpful and patient I have now had these taps fitted with no problems and I absolutely love them Thankyou so much I will definitely be purchasing from bathroom house in future

Delivery Fantastic service ordered at 14 57 against a 15 00 cut off for next day delivery goods arrived at 14 00 next day for our plumber to fit I couldn t find anyone else offering next day delivery It wasn t expensive either

Full bathroom renovation

Recently had bathroom renovation completed with all fixtures sourced from bathroom house The fixtures were all available by order or stock for what we wanted and in the colour we wanted Minor issues with shower head leaking and couple of tiny marks on unit although these were changed without issue and refitted by my independent bathroom fitters
