They make up violations to charge you with I have never once evaded a toll Bullsh t These criminals know what they are doing I can no longer visit the san francisco bay area without several of these moronic violations arriving in my mailbox like a flurry of paper I am so happy everyone is moving out of california They also keep raising the toll prices And anyone who disagrees with me obviously gets paid by their system or is a troll F--k these made up evasion infractions Life is hard enough We don t need these horsesh t violations and subsequent charges shame on these people With the moving out of california trend continuing I hope their business suffers Fk fastrak

I m very upset every time the bill
I m very upset every time the bill arrives to my mailbox it doesn t say toll bill but calls it violation And when I check my bank statement it also shows as fastrak violation Makes me feel like a criminal and Its wrong Crossing a bridge is not a crime Also impossible to pay online or by phone as both state my plate doesn t exist so I have to spend lots of time to get to a live person to pay my violation There must be less insulting and easier way to pay a bridge toll

As a tourist it s very difficult to pay
As a tourist it s very difficult to pay the toll for using bridges etc Even more difficult to get human contact which is very frustration when none off the options match my situation Got an email because of a failed transaction and encouraged me to call them - Yeah impossible to get any help Have send them an email - no respond even 10 days after the email was send Hopeless company and wonder how US residence can accept such behaviour

Poor customer service They can t even get the notices ALL together to be paid - ALL SEPARATE Called to dispute each one of the violations that happened the same day Why can t they lookup stuff that happened the same day and give consideration for a day SIGNAGE NEEDS TO BE UPDATED ON ALL HOV SIGNS THAT YOU CAN T USE HOV IF YOU DON T HAVE A FASTTRAK
