They should have offices in Europe The BBB is a reference in terms of B2B in North America and Mexico why not having BBB in Europe It d be great

Well were do I begin

Well were do I begin My wife and I bought a jeep from a friend and was a nice looking and reliable vehicle So we talked it over and decided to buy the vehicle So after the purchase we had our machanic look it over He told us we had purchased a great jeep so we were very excited to hear we did good on the purches I took it for a drive and stop at a few place auto zone gas station ect I enjoyed the vehicle and the day and then started to heart a little knock when put it in park or when into drive I called dodge on rate 6 in our area but they were all booked up so decided to call ford We made an appointment and 11 days later go to pick it up and was stunned at what I was hearing and soo madddddd that my jeep was worst than when dropped off on top of it the result of the issue being fixed never happened So I left it there to get the issue resolved and got the run around Im still with out my jeep till this day and it s been well over three mounths We paid 2 900 plus and we are out a vehicle and never was offered a rental how professional is FORD EMPIRE on Mt pleasant and there main there main focus is making customers satisfied well that is a bunch a crapppppp Thanks bryan

what is so doubtful to me is that there are so few accredited companies no understanding on why is that so probably they make it all too difficult but i liked that i found the company i was looking for to heck out some details

I m grateful for BBB but their website sucks

God bless the Better Business Bureau but their website is prehistoric It is not phone friendly I was just on there trying to file a complaint Their website no longer works with a common Chrome-based browser The links kept redirecting me to the wrong places So I tried Chrome but that didn t work at all for some reason Wow
