They should give themselves an F rating

I ve tried to deal with them on several occasions when businesses in various parts of the country have tried to rip us off and every time it s the same performative BS You file a complaint they send it on to the buisness give it them a chance to respond and even if there is no resolution they close the case Don t even bother with this useless process It s a total waste of time I don t even know why this organization still exists
