Took for ever to answer the phone and they really don t want to sell for the general public - cosy closed shop for dealers avoaid

Losing its Way downhill

I have been buying from BCA for over 30 years It s still ok-ish but for whatever reasons it has lost its personal touch with its small dealers It used to be a great place to buy from fo small and medium car dealers but I feel that what was once a great business has become overly bureaucratic and has lost its personal touch Enfield excellent still Bedford first rate Measham marvellous Perry Barr has a good cafe but sales staff unhelpful Head Office less than helpful to say the least It has definitely become a the computer says no place Shame

They bid the cars up themselves i have

They bid the cars up themselves i have bought cars 4-5 weeks later after they have been through the auction and made over 1000 more the 1st time cheek of them is unreal they need investigation absolute scum not to mention the assured checks haha arent worth the paper there wrote on its more hard work trying to claim over fixing the car yourself and the best is they charge you for it hahahaha
