Friendly polite professional collection at end of lease

Returning a vehicle after four year lease appointment made phone call from Chris received an hour before he arrived very fair appraisal of the car it was a pick up truck but only used as a car very thorough and professional as well as being approachable and friendly which was nice carefully drove it away as I wiped a tear from my eye credit where credit is due thank you Chris

Bca customer services

Phoned bca customer service to get an updated invoice to include any storage charges if any only to be put through to a guy who without taking about any details straight away said that there is nothing I can do to help you have to contact the branch you bought vehicles from and then cut my call I then telephoned back after a couple of minutes and spoke to a young lady called brooke who was very polite and helpful and resolved the matter there and then She is an absolute credit to bca who is giving bca customers a very high standard of customer service

Helpful Bristol staff

I haven t actually brought a car from BCA but when there was a paperwork mix up with we buy any car they kept the log book with our personalised plates even thought we wanted to retain them as well as the log book with the original plates I went up to the Bristol branch to try and sort it out I found Winston on the gate so friendly and helpful He went above and beyond in trying to sort this out for us out I can t thank him and Sharon who I didn t actually meet but works in the office enough You are an absolute credit to the company Thank you

Inspector was a lovely human

Keith Walker came to inspect and collect a car I just wanted to write in to say what an absolute pleasure it was to meet him Not only was he professional and thorough in his dealings but he added a real human element to the process something which rarely happens at all any more He was a pleasure to speak to and just generally a really good human And the fact we actually have additional charges following the inspection and I am still singing his praises I hope speaks volumes Hats off to you for hiring him he must be an asset to your business A lovely lovely man

you choose to buy from an auction your risk

only buy from an auction if you want problems these cars are in the auction for a reason Don t complain if its broken if it s the cheapest car in the country yes they have damage yes they are mechanically not the best and will have faults that s why they are cheap stop putting 1 star reviews on here when you bought bad car go to a dealer and let them check the car over for you first yes it s more expensive but they are taking the risk of buying a rubbish car away from you stop complaining about your rubbish decisions

On 22nd November 2024 I contacted BCA s customer service team to seek further clarification regarding their processes and fees During my first call I had a delightful representative who promptly addressed my queries providing a much clearer understanding of the matter at hand However after the call ended I realised there was one question I had forgotten to ask I called back and another representative Janet assisted me this time Janet was exceptional - she delivered the most helpful comprehensive and knowledgeable customer service I ve ever experienced She not only explained their processes and fees clearly outlining how they would apply to my account but also provided invaluable guidance on specific aspects of the trade that will support my future purchases While this might seem like a bold suggestion I genuinely believe Janet should be considred for a leadership role in training coaching or mentoring her peers Her expertise and approacch set an outstanding exmple for customer service excellence
