I am currently restoring my 1999 subaru impreza and when I got to the stage of doing something with the calipers it was tempting to have a go myself but after a bit of research I found out about BCS The whole process from getting a quote to finished article was super easy and the finished product is incredible there s no way I could have got them to that standard so I m glad I got the professionals to do it Especially as it s the most visible part if the restoration thank you

Spot on colour and quality

After trying to get the correct shade of yellow and using multiple spray cans to spray my brake calipers I came across BCS which had the perfect shade of yellow Porsche yellow and I decided to go and pick up their DIY painting kit Followed their instructions and honestly half the bottle is more than enough to paint all 4 calipers Only downside to the kit was the bristles on the supplied brush kept on coming out so I used a different one i had at home The finish however is SO much better than using rattle cans A lot more tougher I did a very light base coat and then a slightly thicker top coat which has very nice coverage I did not need to use any primer at all 100 recommend BCS paints Just need patience and prep is key Thanks to the team

Couldn t have been more helpful I took four Porsche Boxster calipers to them to be rebuilt Oliver took the time to explain the process and explained the possible additional costs if the seized bleed nipples proved difficult to extract He not only did the work 24hours quicker than predicted and to a really high standard he managed to keep the additional costs to a minimum Very efficient very polite very friendly and very highly recommended

I purchased the paint to apply myself

I purchased the paint to apply myself Supplied as a 2-part mix with hardner and a decent brush but I don t recommend brush painting metallic colours which need a compressor for even coverage Paint was not cheap but you get what you pay for Thorough surface preparation is essential as with all paints I used shot-blasting and an etch primer and I m very pleased with the results although the instructions say you don t need a primer

Spectacular company Would highly recommend

Brought down a full set of calipers and hangers from my Ford Transit connect They were stripped cleaned painted and rebuilt all in 3 days With spectacular attention to detail When I came to collect them they were all neatly wrapped up and ready I would recommend BCS to anyone needing a caliper rebuild They have gotten my customer loyalty and I will be going back

Happy with results

I ordered a new brake caliper from a BMW main dealer and was continuously let down for ten weeks so I decided to give these people at BCS a try and I m very happy with the results From the day I posted my callipers to the day I received them it took 13 working days received them looking like brand new and very well packaged I d definitely recommend BCS and would use them again only down side was i was never able to get to speak with anyone when ever I called but ever e-mail I sent was answered promptly

Top company to deal with great customer support and communication from the start My caliber rebuild has come back better than new with a fantastic finish I got standard gunmetal grey as it matches the car better but in hindsight I should have spent the extra and got a colour doneExcellent from start to finish New calipers from Mercedes are over 1000each I got 2 fully remanufactured painted for less than 300Can t recommend this company highly enough Tegan is a godsend she can t help you enough First class

Excellent service

Excellent service from start to finish Callipers look great in the gunmetal grey paint all new rubber seals and three new pistons fitted car now stops better than ever and uses less fuel now the brakes are not binding Thank you for an excellent service James

So far an excellent experience

So far an excellent experience Always very quick to reply to emails with queries Very quick turnaround and return postage quite reasonable given you would want tracking and insurance No problems refitting my calipers but not been for a drive yet Time will tell how they hold up

BCS excellent service and wonderful quality of work

BCS were very clear from the start on how my calipers would be serviced and refinished Their quick estimate and advice on how best to ship the calipers to them was helpful and Tegan and Marc are always on hand to help with any queries Excellent service all round Most importantly of course is the quality of the work which has been exceptional The calipers work flawlessly and the new finish is better than from the factory Completely recommend BCS and will definitely use them again
