Poor product poor customer service

I bought a luxe wrap to use after my C section It s so poorly designed it s unwearable Unless you stand still all day it s actually painful to wear as it rides up if you sit walk crouch etc The fabric also started falling apart after a couple of weeks I contacted customer services and they said it was all fine and thanked me for my understanding Still pursuing a refund almost a month later

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service I ordered a pair of Belly Bandit Support leggings that were delivered 27 days ago I have repeatedly requested to return these for a refund as they are unsuitable and faulty The crotch is baggy falls down as you walk and rubs I am also within the 30 day return period They have repeatedly ignore my requests to provide information for how to make the return and thst they cover the cost as they re faulty Theresa Ortiz from their customer service asked for photos of the problem which I found strange as they could surely check once returned She then outrageously claimed that from a photo of the rough seems that I have worn them repeatedly and should have asked to exchange for a smaller size and it s too late to return This is untrue on several counts As above today is 27 days and I ve been asking to return for weeks They have not been worn let alone multiple times - I tried them on for the fit and the tags are still attached I ordered as per their size guide and a smaller size would be too small They re a poor design and I don t have this issue with the Mama Spanx equivalent The responses I have received have been presumptuous rude unhelpful and obstructive They are deliberately blocking my attempts to return their unwanted and unsuitable product with lies and ignoring my requests I would never recommend purchasing from them to anyone I like or respect

Awful customer service

I tried to cancel an accidental order but they were impossible to get hold of and then charged me to return it They are unresponsive Absolutely infuriating

Belly Wrap fantastic product

Great product Really helped my waist after my second pregnancy Ordered a size x small after speaking with customer service When the belly wrap arrived it didn t fit at all I was 3 weeks postmortem After speaking customer service again I was advised to order the belly wrap extender instead of exchanging it for the small as the x small would most probably fit me in a few weeks When the extender arrived I found that it really helped with the fit After 4 weeks of wearing the belly wrap with the extender I didn t need the extender anymore as the belly wrap fit fine I was shocked Definitely would recommend to others
