I had an issue with the app yesterday- not sure why It resulted in a penalty charge I explained the situation and it was dealt with promptly and efficiently A minor annoyance resulting in a good outcome- I remain a very happy customer

Beryl are all really helpful - I use them all the time and they resolve disputes really quick Over the past few months I have spoken with Edgar Veronica Ana Evan Emilia Elsa Jacques Scott Shehwah and Phoebe and they are also super useful Thank you to the whole team

Fast replies fast resolutions If in doubt fire a message to customer support
Evan is always helpful Always fast replies and helps with any issues that can be solved over the air Company is giving what they promised although it would be nice if you would invest more money in to better mechanics it will help keep the bikes and scooters stay in good shape for longer

I was charged 10 for a bike that physically wouldn t lock and Evan immediately helped me out and issued me a refund This was exactly the help I was looking for and it was completely stress free Thank you

1st class customer support
no system that relies on GPS and date networks is going to perfect but support are always on hand and ready to help with any issues I am yet to have a problem they have not quickly and professionally resolved My latest interaction with Evan was absolutely faultless

The person called Evan Had issue locking the bike at the time and they straight away ended the journey and did a justice refund on the stationary time due to the lock not working Very helpful and understanding
