I was a little hesitant at first as I really wasn t sure if Besure was a scam or not Spoke to a lovely chap named John who was very helpful and full of advice From receiving the quote which I may add was 700 cheaper than all the other quotes the job was done and completed by a lovely engineer He knew his job and got on with it After he cleaned up and even hoovered Paid the balance next day and then received our guarantee and paper work So glad we went with this company

First rate job from beginning to end Started with Keith sending the quote he was very helpful and informative over the phone and put my mind at ease after l started thinking it was a scam good job and many thanks David Gardener the engineer who came to fit the new boiler arrived within the stated time and commenced work immediately the old boiler was out and new one on the wall waiting to be connected in under 1hour all done and dusted within 5 hours and working well I myself was a trained heating engineer many years ago and I don t think I could have done a better job myself Too old and knackered to DIY now thanks for a job well done 5stars

Engineer contacted on morning of service and asked if it was convenient to change the time of service which suited me perfectly Paul arrived spot on the new agreed time and was polite and cheerful Set to work and explained what he was doing Quick and efficient there was no mess and paperwork arrived before he left by email Excellent work

I was a little hesitant at first as I really wasn t sure if Besure was a scam or not Spoke to a lovely chap named Joseph who was very helpful and full of advice From receiving the quote which I may add was 1000 cheaper than all the other quotes Also spoke to a lovely lady called Charlotte who coordinated the installation The boiler was fitted in 2 days of calling The job was done and completed by a lovely engineer named Gavin He knew his job and got on with it After that he cleaned up and even hoovered He made sure everything was working properly and explained everything in detail before he left Paid the balance next day and then received our guarantee and paper work So glad we went with this company Would highly recommend with the added 12 warranty

My STL engineer Paul is so efficient and leaves no stone unturned He explained every thing he was doing He arrived earlier than l was told which was a great help My only gripe with this company is that they harass me until l book my service
