Don t use this platform I bought an IP they gave me 5 ports and non works I try to get a refund but I was told that IP is working so I should contact support I searched the whole website and found out that there is no way to contact support no chat option no contact email no form to open a ticket nothing Use this site at your own risk

Worst Service ever Total waste of money Don t Use Bigmama All IPs are dead in Couple of minutes Plus too slow can t even load a simple page I hope there are authorities who could take actions against Bigmama for running such scam They are just offering good features but in real experience it s horrible Beware guys Simply stay away from Bigmama
