I deposit 5 by LTC but It does not

I deposit 5 by LTC but It does not added into my account but deducted from my bitcoin wallet I tried to complain this to them over telegram they did not response properly There customer service is very poor

Very bad service from them I have been with them Now they don t give refund every ip gets problem after 1 hour they don t give refund even from their support no solution available also they sell very bad IP
