Bird is great except Their map makes it difficult to park their scooter around San Diego We were riding the birds all over the boardwalk and they made us park the scooter over 2 blocks away and walk back to the boardwalk Very disappointing

Customer service problems and issues with broken scooters

Many scooters have problems and issues You report it expecting a refund and the customer service attempts to convolute and confuse the issue refusing you said refund I reported two broken scooters both had to stopped and replaced with other ones that worked Once reporting the problems I received info on parking then told I had to report the issue before riding then the way I reported the issue was not the exact way sending a message to the co when reporting 1 star for the ride then informing me that I was not charged money I have the monthly subscription etc etc etc Seemed the responses were intended to confuse and waste your time Just BS I would suggest customer service gets their act together and LISTENS to customers Otherwise when they work they work as they should

Terrible

More expensive than their competitors Customer service is non existent Update After complaining Bird s customer service was quick to reply and was actually very fair with their solution
