Tried 2 scooters in tenerife App worked OK Scooter didn t work and had no charge Did the same the following day at a different location Fortunately I used PayPal so eventually I will get a refund I won t bother again

Horrible Emailed the support phone number said the only way to reach out about fraudulent charges is by email and they responded to my first inquiry However after giving them the information they needed to refund my money they are now silent Multiple follow up emails all ignored It s been two months now and still no responses

Money sucker service Avoid it I rented three vehicle in Sibenik Croatia We could not terminate the ride tried in three different park places next to the other vehicle but based on the app message we were not in the parking zone So I was extremely overcharged The app does not provide proper information how to end the ride there is no customer service they do not reply to my emails I have never had such a bad experince with a service in my life It was really frustrating to see my bank account that it was deducated 160 EUR in 22 items

Even though i locked their scooters and parked their scooter in a proper stand they charged me 20 for parking violation Such a stupid reason to rip customers Their strategies are choose a customer out of three and charge them 20 for stupid reason and make money may be go bankrupt in couple of months since someone better gonna come and take their business

Completely Useless Support

They will overcharge your credit card and just send you generic copy paste responses to your emails that have nothing to do with your issue I have never been so frustrated by a customer service experience in my life It took weeks of emailing and never got a single response to address my issue and never got my refund Stay away from engaging with this company in any way

Group ride of 4 scooters Couldn t end ride spent ages trying to contact customer service as couldn t leave scooters still attached to my card We were in designed parking spot Total rip off scam

Faulty dangerous equipment No way to give feedback

The throttle on the scooter stuck and the brakes were extremely stiff so stopping was very difficult It caused me to crash twice before I realized When the battery went dead with no warning the back wheel locked up I had to drag the heavy scooter to an official parking place And they still claimed I abandoned it an an unofficial location When I tried to earn the company about their faulty equipment there was no way to do it that I could find I m complaining here because it eas my only option to communicate with this terrible company

I purchased a Promo 5 for 5 rides

I purchased a Promo 5 for 5 rides for a total of 26 25 gst However I only used one 5-minute ride The Promo is valid for 72 hours---what it Doesn t say is that you forfeit the entire amount if you can t make use of it I could understand losing the discounted ride-rate having the unused balance be applied to future full-rate rides Expensive lesson learned 5 minutes cost me 26 25 Buyer-beware

The company stopped operating in my city Fort Laaiderdale because so many riders were irresponsible and ride on the sidewalks abandoned them in ways that obstructed other road users Bird refuses to refund the credit balance on my account hiding behind its terms and conditions rather than stepping up and putting the customer who added money into on his account in good faith first Horrible service

Should be a big fat 0 even negative rating for this scum bag rip off artist company Iam sure they loose a ton money from all the abusers of the service I witness street people and thugs that have no respect for the ride share honor based system But the company BIRD treats its customers that actually take and respect there property as suckers they are for trusting them On a two day trip to Austin I used there scooter rentals service and they raped my credit card by over billing nearly ever transaction through their lousy and corrupted application BE AWARE OF THIS MAFIA OPERATION
