I really struggled with writing this review I have been a customer at biscuit for a long time and the staff have always been very friendly During the lockdown I consciously decided to buy clothes to support a wonderful local business Today I visited the store and one of the three staff members was so rude She asked me to use hand sanitiser I explained that I had just used my own but it was clear she wanted me to use the sanitiser provided I obliged but it was very runny and came out all over my clothes I was then chastised like a child and told to just be more careful when I remarked very politely upon the sanitiser being exceptionally thin I felt this was really rude and not a way to speak to a customer In all honesty this won t stop me buying the wonderful clothes at biscuit but perhaps I ll shop online next time I realise that these are strange times but all the more reason to be friendly and polite

Sadly I made an International order from Australia My parcel has not moved on tracking information for 9 days I have emailed twice and not received a reply That s the worst they do not have courtesy to reply Really disappointed as they have such a good website and stock amazing brands

I still haven t received the goods Despite being sent over a week ago

I don t usually give bad reviews but I was a bit disappointed to be honest The coat itself seemed a little bit cheaply made and thin and the label was tied on with string and handwritten almost as if were new second hand and sent on from a private seller The tissue paper and plastic it came in was all torn and generally the whole experience had a vibe of disappointment You might say it serves me right for only spending 200 instead of the 300 I spent last season for a Lululemon cloudscape wrap which was spectacular in comparison but was ripped by dogs But 200 is still a lot of money for me The zip is exposed down the front too which made it feel slightly cheaper Oh well It s not terrible and I m not sending it back so perhaps I ve no right to complain I won t be buying from the same place again I will wear the coat but without delight I hope it s at least warm

goods never arrived were unavailable communication was very poor

Sadly all the dimensions top to bottom were wrong I love the print so will get it altered

Staff are rather keen on selling items that are not the best colour fit or style for the shopper giving the impression they are only after a sale and not working with the shopper in selecting the correct garment

Although the younger weekend members of staff are lovely the manager of this shop is really rude I really like some of the stock in this shop but the way you are treated as a customer is just not up to standard which is disappointing

Dress arrived stained but I bought it from the charity red Cross sale so no refunds Not too fussed as the point is about charity but I was also hoping to get a dress I could wear out in public out of it Really nice idea to have the sale for Ukraine however it felt like you sold unsellable garments as part of it

Absolutely adore the cardigan I purchased but it arrived damaged and therefore have had to pay for the hole within the pocket to be amended
