Love the clothes but slightly disappointing service

I bought a full price quilted jacket 2 days before you launched your 50 sale - no one told me at the time you were going to hold a sale starting when you did Love the shop my wife will love the coat but your lack of customer care in not disclosing a half price sale 48 hours after i discussed and purchased at full price stinks - disillusioned for the sake of you doing the wrong thing

Expensive next day delivery

Ordered a linen top and a shirt and received an email saying the top was no longer in stock in that size So asking if I d like to size up or cancel I replied to query whether the neck line was much bigger in the next size but instead of a reply I got an email first confirming dispatch of my original order and then confirming a refund for the top I was disappointed that I didn t get to order the next size but I do love the shirt - lovely quality and a great colour

One excellent experience the other not so

Previous order was straightforward with quick turnaround Sadly I had to return item with no issue - happy with five star service The next time I ordered on line the order was confirmed shortly afterwards I had to get in touch after waiting more than a few days as I had not heard anything This was different from before I was advised by the friendly assistant that the product was no longer available Apologies where given and my account was promptly refunded After previous good experience I felt disappointed that I had to get in touch to chase only to be told it was no longer in stock Poor communication

Lack of online customer service

Ordered a few items from the archive sale First off after purchasing one of the items wasn t available so I was notified of a refund And secondly I specifically stated a different delivery address to my billing address and the items still arrived at the billing address I attempted to ring no answer and emailed also no reply to try and intercept quickly before postage however I was unable to So I d say that customer service is lacking for online purchases

Staff training required

Biscuit have lovely things But the staff imo are a bit snooty They take interest in you only if you look like you might spend I actually ended up buying a coat- but because I liked it rather than the effort of the staff This was 250 sale Maybe if they d paid me some attention it would have been more It is a lovely shop though
