Beware Do not buy from this company
This company advertise everywhere that they provide free returns but they do not provide them They have a UK address but ask you to return items to China so they will arrive in time for refund I refused to do so and returned it to London address but did not receive refund for postage or clarification of why they state something which is untrue on their website and all advertising Be aware of this if you decide to buy from this company I did get a refund for the item however if they had not ignored my initial request to cancel before the item was despatched I would not have lost 5 35 I would not buy from them and hope others do not also I would give zero starts if I could UPDATE 7 2 25 The message from Black Norway seems to indicate that they don t know if I ordered from them but there were a lot of emails between me and Jeanie of Black Norway over the Christmas break and I have still not received the postage refund requested or a reply to my last email

Don t buy from them
The name suggests that you re buying from a Scandinavian company the product I bought is coming from China There was no mention of lead time or country of dispatch so yet again the expectation is that it would be no longer than a week It s been on order since the 7th Dec so I was expecting it to be here in time for Christmas On the 21st Dec it s still in an airport in China Do not buy from this company

Total con - do not fall for this website I bought a lamp for a Xmas gift for someone at the end of November I contacted the online store to ask for an estimated delivery date Vendor was entirely unhelpful refused to tell me the date the item was sent ignored my 2 further follow up emails It s now 28th dec and I m still waiting for my item The tracking number I have hasn t been updated since 2nd Dec Evri status still says we re expecting it I had to buy a replacement item from a trusted store at the last minute so I had a gift to give at Xmas Do not be fooled by this website

Avoid scam company
Would rate zero stars if I could Website presents as European based it is Chinese No indication of delivery time so I tried to cancel 2 hours after ordering Was told item had already been dispatched so refund not possible until item delivered 2 5 weeks later no update on tracking number since 8th November Item hasn t arrived Customer service refuse to confirm I can return item to address in UK I have informed Mastercard as believe I have lost 119

Avoid poor Chinese products
I wish I had read the reviews before my purchase of a high end pull out faucet in brushed nickel it was made plastic badly packaged and as other reviews have mentioned it comes from china The only time you are aware of this is when you get the shipping order which takes forever to update I unpackaged it and packed it right back up 80 for a plastic tap no thank you Avoid buying anything from this scam company luckily I paid via PayPal so I m covered and can get my money back Absolutely awful product

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Currently going through a dispute with my bank to hopefully get a full refund Please DO NOT use this site They are a complete scam and the website looks legit and SO misleading until you place your order unfortunately again gets shipped from china No way of cancelling straight away No contact number to call Your items are in transit on a plane From china has not appeared yet and have no hope No communication what so ever Not like your normal UK website where you can straight away cancel or be put through to customer service They make it very hard Very dodgy I don t know how they get away with it

I only gave this organisation 1 star as there was no facility to give 0 I purchased a torch which 1 Arrived late 2 Is not compatible with UK fittings 3 Is incomplete with fittings missing I sent images as requested but there was again a delay so now they claim I am out of time for a refund I feel so embarrassed that I have been taken by this scam company Please be warned - NEVER deal with this bunch of charlatans criminals

Scamming scumbags They ve made their website look legit but it s just a scam You ll receive an email response reassuring you that your item will arrive everytime from the same person called Jeannie I believe they are from west London they sent me a 2 phone case instead of a iPhone case that cost me 20 plus a smart watch that was missing Contact your bank asap if you have gave them your details Ignore the positive one or two reviews they re just the scammers
