For customer service ask for Aaron

I ordered a knife for my son on a Friday night And it did not have an engraving option for that knife the next day I seen that other knives with different colored handle scales did have an engraving option so about 9 o clock Saturday morning I sent an email asking if I could have that knife engraved since I assumed it was a website issue and within about an hour their customer service representative Aaron Sent me an email back and said that he would talk to the engraving team on Monday and see what was up The next morning I got another email that said they would be able to engrave it I would just have to pay the engraving fee So they got back a hold of me on a Saturday when nobody s even supposed to be there and then by Sunday he already had an answer for me there is no better customer service So if you have an issue Aaron is who you need to ask for
