Wish comes true

I had wished to get an e-bike for some time but the general cost was too high for my small pension When I heard that Volt was setting up a rental agreement I jumped on the opportunity The bike was delivered to my house in the Scottish wilderness by the wonderful Mark from Sinclair Cycles in Loch Leven with all the explanation I needed for a smooth start Mark is always there to answer any query I may have It has been several month now and I used the bike almost every day not when it rains too much though and I am very happy Yesterday I had the first service Sinclair cycles Mark again and all is well after several hundred of kilometres I almost don t use my old car anymore I am seriously thinking about selling the car and purchasing the Volt trailer To get this Volt bike has been one of the best decisions I took in past years Great bike and great service both in Scotland and in London

Blike customer for a year almost

I have been with Blike for almost a year and I couldn t be any happier with them Is the best chance to commute to work in a greener way without having the hassle of investing yourself in a expensive bike The customer service is top tier every time I needed assistance Ria always dealt with me and I must say that she was always super understanding really human It really made me feel comfortable raising whatever issue I had and she helped me navigate in the most professional and human way Is really refreshing to have a company that cares so much of the customer service they are providing I definitely recommend Blike and had a very positive experience and I hope to be with them as long as possible

Superb company and excellent customer service There are other subscription services for e-bikes but Blike are far and away the very best If you re thinking of using them just do it can t recommend them enough

I got my bike from Blike a couple weeks ago and I m over the moon Brilliant people great service well priced The selection of bikes and the flexibility of the terms make this a fantastic deal Basically for the price of a bus pass you get a bike that ll take you anywhere in London with no sweat Distances shrink I have the Vanmoof X3 and it s honestly a flawless machine Couldn t be happier thoroughly recommend Blike to everyone

i am really happy with the service Blike is providing My actual bike order was late for tow weeks so blike provided me with a courtesy E bike up until my actual bike arrives Really amazing quality and impressive service YOU DONT SEE THAT kind of investment put into the happiness of the customers these days I highly recommend Blike if you want to buy a E bike classic bike or want to get a bike subscription

Terrific service and dedication from the people at Blike individually and collectively I was able to rent out an e-bike from their ReCycle programme quickly easily and reliably Not to mention that when I popped over for a test ride for which I asked for 3 bikes they had 7 ready Extra appreciation for their flexible service not locking you in lengthy contracts which enables new cyclists like myself to dip their toes into cycling in a very affordable way Blike has got a good business going and is doing a service to London with its customer focus and accessibility
