Absolutely brilliant company

Absolutely brilliant company customer service was fantastic bike arrived at my office and they showed me everything I needed to know about my new Vanmoof S3 I cannot recommend these guys enough They were in touch every step of the way All companies should use this makes life so simple riding around on an E bike especiallyin big cities where you spend all day in traffic E bikes have No pollution no traffic and you stay fit you still cycle just with some help It s a no brainer 5 billion stars

Blike has been brilliant I have been able to afford an otherwise expensive electric bike as my commuter bike to work Blike kept me up to date with my order status and managed to allocate stock of a discontinued VanMoof Tom was very helpful and gave me lots of information on the bike that otherwise I would not have known about Blike is one of the most easy affordable and reliable bike lease provider Give them a go there is nothing to loose

Fantastic service

Fantastic service across the board Bike handoff was smooth I opted to pick my bike up from the workshop and I have been using it every day since I received it I recently had an issue with my bike and Rebecca and Tom were very accommodating about helping me fix my problem Renting a bike has made my commute in London a joy and it s a fantastic concept just wish I thought of using it sooner

We have had our bike a few months now

We have had our bike a few months now and have had such a great experience from the initial ordering and the fact they had organised delivery to a local bike specialist who built and serviced the bike was outstanding We also had a small issue with a lock this was instantly replaced Rebecca at Blike has been on the other end of a phone call or email to ensure everything is sorted First rate customer service and would highly recommend this comps We are renting a Rad Wagon 4 to test out a cargo e-bike The kids love it as do the looks and conversations it starts in our town

I recently had the pleasure of subscribing to Blike when my beloved VanMoof decided to take an unscheduled break Desperate for a quick solution I stumbled upon Blike and super glad I did From the get-go the subscription process was a breeze signing up was a quick and painless I rented the Cowboy which arrived in pristine condition ready to hit the road Customer service was another standout feature Rebecca was responsive and helpful addressing any queries I had promptly I highly recommend Blike

Amazing service and a great service

Amazing service and a wonderful support team I have used Blike for the past 2 years to rent an electric bike in the summer so that I can go swimming the local ponds The service cost and efficiency is great - even recently when I had an issue with the bike the problem was resolved quickly and effectively

Replaced the car

Just picked up a bike for the school run to replace the car fabulous service a little bit of an odd location but they said they will soon be moving Knowledgable and kind man who explained the bike and everything about it in great detail to make sure I knew what I was doing I ve used other e-bike subscription services previously but the bikes at Blike seem to be much better quality and more practical Only thing I would change would be to get it delivered as putting big cargo style bike on the train was a pain

Why not give it a try

I ve got nothing but praise for my experience with Blike It was super smooth and simple to get set up and I ve since enjoyed over 1000 miles cycling around London on a Cowboy e-bike Prices are really reasonable and easy to offset by ditching public transport The subscription service means you can try a bike for a few months and swap cancel without the pain of buying a bike Highly recommend

Great In-Person Support

I recently purchased the Cowboy Cruiser ST from Blike com and couldn t be happier with my experience From start to finish the support provided by their team was exceptional I opted to collect the bike from their shop in London and the face-to-face interaction was fantastic They were incredibly helpful guiding me through the setup process and ensuring everything was in perfect order They made sure I was completely satisfied and comfortable with my new bike before I left the shop I highly recommend Blike for anyone looking to hire or purchase a bike

I have recently rented a bike from Blike Although a little slow with comms they have been incredibly helpful and the bike arrived looking beautiful I would definitely recommend them to anyone
