I bought the computer glasses the red blue light blocking glasses and the yellow light lamp and my sleep has improved so much I never had issues falling asleep before but I found that I was sleeping for about 10 hours and waking up feel so groggy Since I got strict on blue light and started my little collection with block blue products I am waking up naturally at 6am almost on the dot every day and feeling refreshed and ready to start the day I couldn t recommend enough
