A fantastic company with exceptionally helpful customer service Unfortunately my order didn t arrive within the expected timeframe and the lack of tracking information from the company was my only concern However Kay from customer service promptly responded and efficiently resolved the issue My Hackney Diamonds record has finally arrived and I couldn t be happier Thank you

After a tricky start with customer

After a tricky start with customer service initially denying they had any stock available to re-send a non-delivered limited edition product our complaint was looked at fairly and the company went over and beyond to make up for their error Sometimes things go wrong but the measure of a decent company is one that is prepared to put things right and Blood Records did this We now have one very happy daughter delighted with her special edition Fontaines vinyl The item was perfect it was carefully and protectively packaged and arrived with Special Delivery as promised A bargain price at point of order too - they are reselling on the open market for much more Communications were hit and miss Emails hit were always quickly answered polite courteous and progressive Messaging by phone miss not always All in all a good experience from an honest independent company who I think is trying to do right by the customer and in the long run that is what counts

They have colourways which actually fit to a concept of an album instead of just releasing another coloured limited edition and they beautifully carry it out so they put in alot of efford obviously I did not get an order notification for my puchase at first after getting in contact with them they answered quick delivery notification was suposed to be send out when the record was shipped okay that was also not send out again after request they promptly answered the record was already on the way the record arrived and was as as advertised only thing was a seem split on the inner sleeve after a short request they sent out a replacement i would not agree that they have a terrible customer support in fact it is very good my guess is that they may be just a small buisness having the same problems as any other thriving buisness finding enough staff for a high and growing demand it may be they had struggles at the beginning but they seem to have sorted that out and so maybe we all should just shift down gears a little bit and slow down after all its still an analog world in many ways

Craig is excellent My experience is that the company is excellent unique and I have purchased many times If there is an issue then Craig will deal swiftly Kay has also been excellent and a real credit to the company May they go from strength to strength
